By far the worst stay I've ever had! Ben told me we'd have the place to ourselves so I booked it me and my friend suffer with severe anxiety and didn't want to share, it was also my birthday so we just wanted to have somewhere to enjoy this special day. He said it wasn't 'squeaky clean' and we appreciated the honesty.
Ben said the flat was all sorted on Friday (for our check in Saturday) but he was too tired to send the instructions but would send them Saturday morning.
Saturday arrives and Ben tells us that his flat mate had a heavy night on Thursday and therefore she wasn't going there and he hadn't been able to hoover as he didn't want to wake her?! This now bedroom we had rented was £100 for a night and we couldn't even have it hoovered.
On check in things went rapidly downhill. It STANK of cigarettes and evidence of an ashtray with cigarettes and joints were left, bathrooms and bedroom were filthy and unsanitary, the bed sheets were dirty and had HUGE holes in. No refund or Sorry!

It was perfect for us for what we needed

Excellent accommodations at Ben’s place. The space has great energy. Close to downtown. Everything was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Ben was friendly and responsive and had some great local recommendations. Would stay again when returning to Bristol!
