I recently hired a photographer for a very special occasion—my proposal—and unfortunately, my experience didn’t go as planned. I had arranged for her to capture candid moments throughout the day leading up to the proposal, as well as the big moment itself. I made sure to communicate my location well in advance, but it wasn’t until just 30 minutes before the proposal that I learned they had the wrong information and couldn’t find us.

This was incredibly disappointing, as the proposal went on without any professional photos or videos to document it. The photographer was very professional and had great communication leading up to the day, which made this situation even more frustrating. While she did offer a refund and a future photoshoot, the reality is that we live in South Carolina, and the event was in St. Louis, MO, making it impractical for us to take her up on that offer.

In my opinion, no refund can truly compensate for missing such a significant moment in our lives. I understan

I had an amazing experience with Star as my photographer. She showed up early, checked in with me about what I was looking for and then actually delivered! She was extremely professional and you could tell that this was something that she has a passion for. I'm beyond happy with the photos and hope to work with her again in the future!
