My family and I (6 of us) stayed here for my cousin’s wedding. The location was great and the apartment was very spacious for a NY apartment. Check-in on Thursday afternoon with Nancy was easy and uneventful. Prior to our trip I messaged the host to ask if towels and washcloths were provided. The answer I was given was a “yes!” When we arrived there were towels in each room but no washcloths. When I asked Nancy she told me that washcloths were NOT provided so we had to go out and find a place to buy some. Big inconvenience! We awoke early Friday morning to cook breakfast and watch tv as it was raining and not much else to do before the wedding. While relaxing and watching tv the cable and internet cut off at and the message on the screen said to call to restore service. Yes, the cable and internet was apparently cut off for none payment. I notified the host and the lady (Nancy) who checked us in immediately. The host never responded until I sent a second message hours later but Nancy responded right away. She contacted the host and for whatever reason it took them 4 hours to have the services restored. No entertainment for 4 hours really sucked but we made due. Also, only the hot water worked in the kitchen and in the bathroom shower remember that hot water is cold and cold water is hot (the knob is on backwards). All in all it wasn’t a bad place to stay.
