This villa was amazing. Basically a one bedroom suite with an attached standard hotel room. Four Seasons 5 star service all the way. All amenities were available including room service and daily maid service if wanted. Will stay next time we’re down visiting family in the area. Thanks Rita!

We had a great time at Ciara's place! The unit was spacious and comfortable, and the views of the ocean were great. The neighborhood was also so conveniently located near the beach and many other San Diego neighborhoods we visited. Ciara was very quick to respond when we had a few small questions and made our whole stay easy and comfortable.

This place was so lovely abs restful. The Internet was great for working from home and the yard was perfect for our pups. Walking distance to the beach and lots of fun restaurants. We would highly recommend this place in Oceanside!

The photos did not do this villa justice!! It’s a beautiful getaway to enjoy the outdoors and especially the sunrise/sunsets as you’re enjoying breakfast or dinner outside. Courtney was amazing, she hosted my family and friends for my small intimate wedding ceremony. It’s a magical place I will never forget. Not to mention Courtney left some thoughtful treats for check-in. Will definitely be coming back!!

Loved staying here with a few friends! Great location and space close to wine country and down town. The property was beautiful and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 7 (aged teenage to adult) stayed here. The view was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the front spacious balcony with ocean views and abundant seating. We also liked that it was a bit setback from the road (over the garage entrance). The living room with sectional & large coffee table was perfect for game night. We also utilized the kitchen and grill, which had everything we needed for a delicious home cooked dinner. We walked a whole bunch along the strand, which is so much fun. It’s close to the pier and lots of great restaurants. We were able to use the beach gear and quickly realized that we hadn’t needed to bring anything from home. The beach locker had multiple beach chairs and just about everything you would need for a fun day at the beach. The rental had a good stock of beach towels and regular towels as well. Overall, an amazing experience. We would absolutely rent here again!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our wedding weekend! The location was perfect—super close to our venue, which made everything so convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It was perfect for extended family to all be together. The grandkids loved the pool, and the outdoor and indoor kitchens accommodated our large gathering well.

We simply felt at home! Beautiful property with many amenities! Pool, hot tubs, pool table, bbq and bidets. Great touches all around, kitchen had many extras like small appliances and big pantry area. Beds were very comfortable with clean & fresh bedding! Many TVs and great WiFi all around the house. Our expectations were surpassed as soon as we walked through the white gate and saw the majestic views from the backyard. As far as the eye could see there was a spectacular beauty that went on forever. As we passed the front door we were overwhelmed at just how big the living room and kitchen were. The house was beyond accommodating. It became our home, warm and comfortable. The response time for our little WiFi hiccup was immediate. We felt that we were in good hands and that we would be taken care of if any other problem arose. Every room had beautiful touches of fall decor. Every bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had every possible utensil and dinnerware necessary to prepare a thanksgiving feast. Our entire family was delighted at all the games available including the billiards table and PacMan. This house is absolutely wonderful. All seven of us truly enjoyed our stay. The house brought us a lot of happiness. And we look forward to another visit.

Amazing property right off the water. They offer onsite parking but there is also plenty of street parking if no onsite is available. The host was super responsive and accommodating for our last minute booking. The unit was super clean, great balcony overlooking the water. This is definitely a must stay for anyone coming to visit Carlsbad.

Our family spent new years together with all the kids, this home offers so much to do we practically never left, the kids had a great time and so did the adults. I will recommend this place to everyone and will be back for sure !:)

The “Tuscan Villa” was aptly named as it truly had a very Mediterranean vibe. The place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended family for our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Everyone had a great time catching up with all the comings and goings on of different family members. Needless to say, a good time was had by all! Heidi answered any questions I had tout de suite and dealt with a minor problem in a timely manner.

Where do I start. Juli is AMAZING to work with. She is TRULY a GEM. I feel like we've gained a life-long friend (as odd as that sounds). Her communication is SUPERB. She is full of ideas, recommendations, and just all out GREAT ADVICE. She was our first Airbnb booking and she made the process absolutely seamless. She had outstanding ideas and recommendations to local grocery stores, things to do, etc. She explained the check-in process in AMAZING detail and we had no questions going in. She was always available to reach out to if we needed ANYTHING and gave the BEST advice. Thank you, Juli -- for an AMAZING week full of memories. This was our FIRST family trip as a group of 7 and we can't wait to make this a regular thing. You truly are the BEST to work with!!

After following the directions the host sent, it was easy to find. Driveway was large, house was beautiful and had tons of room to entertain. Jacuzzi kicks on at 4:30pm, and gets hot quick! The salt water pool and jacuzzi was nice cause it didnt have to be over chlorinated! All in all it was a great stay and we highly recommend.

Gorgeous home and view! So much fun for a group of friends. We loved the game room, the jacuzzi, and the nearness to local wineries. David was very responsive and helpful.

The home was lovely and exceeded my expectations which is hard to do. Private, quiet, the beds were comfy, as were the pillows, plenty of towels and pool towels --- great communication and we had everything we needed. We will definitely book again!

This was a beautiful home for a girls getaway staycation. The pool was clean and so was all of the home. Super cool set up! There’s a little game area space upstairs so also fun for a guys trip. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that they have black out curtains! Will definitely be booking again when I stay in SD. It’s like a 25 minute drive to gaslamp district and all of the restaurants in that area like Javier’s and Red O. Also, we felt comfortable cooking in the kitchen. Mostly all of the essentials are provided, including great coffee! Don’t hesitate and book!

Great house! Denise was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Plenty of space for my sister and her bridesmaids to relax and get ready for her wedding. Would stay again!
