There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Luxe wellness aan de rand van het bos op de Veluwe. Uniek gastenverblijf voor twee personen met exclusief privégebruik van het overdekte zwembad, douches, eigen badkamer en (finse) sauna. Eigen inrit en volledig ingerichte keuken in parkachtige tuin. Geen dieren toegestaan! Het gebouw bestaat voor een groot deel uit (deels gespiegeld) glas en heeft geen gordijnen. Op fietsafstand van de Hoge Veluwe, station Apeldoorn en Paleis het Loo. Ideale locatie voor mountainbike, running en fietstochten.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Ontsnap aan de drukte in deze stijlvolle B&B midden in het groen. Geniet van uitzicht op weilanden, bos en bomen. Ontspan in de privé-sauna of neem een frisse duik in het zwembad (seizoensgebonden dagelijks open in blokken van 2–3 uur in overleg). Vanaf 5 september 2025 is het zwembad gesloten. Het huisje heeft 2 slaapkamers met uitzicht op de Maas en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je wilt kun je je eigen boot, waterscooter, etc. bij de steiger aanleggen. Dit unieke zwembadhuis ligt midden in hartje Borne. Hierbij kunt u genieten van verschillende wellness mogelijkheden. U kunt genieten van uw rust in een bosrijke omgeving. Daarnaast bevindt het centrum van Borne zich op loopafstand. Het zwembadhuis is 500 m2 groot en beschikt over een terras van 250 m2, twee slaapkamers, badkamer, sauna, stoomsauna, zwembad, jacuzzi, regendouche, professionele zonnebank, wasmogelijkheden, keuken, koelkast, ruime woonkamer, gas en houtskoolgrill.

NEW🌟Guesthouse ‘ Het Koetshuis’ met zwemvijver

Sinds augustus 2021 is ons koetshuis omgebouwd tot Guesthouse! Het hosten van het eerste Guesthouse beviel zo goed dat we besloten er een tweede bij te zetten. Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland. Dit alles toegankelijk voor onze gasten. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle vakantiewoning. Midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, gezellige familiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!
