Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The flat is centrally located with a great view and a very peaceful ambience. All the amenities were available. It is a great place to go visit all nearby places and have a good rest after an eventful day.

great apartment and very easy to find right off the motorway. high tech place with super fast lift and a lovely well equipped apartment will definitely be staying again.

We had the most fabulous time at Debb’s place! The house is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and surrounded by stunning views. We loved our walks with the alpacas and cosy evenings by the roaring log fire. Debb was incredibly warm and helpful, offering fantastic recommendations that made our stay even more special. A truly fabulous place to stay — we can’t wait to come back!

Kit's place was well located, well furnished and clean. What really stood out was the level of care and attention that Kit had gone to to make us (or any guest) feel truly welcomed and catered for. Thanks Kit - you really added to the experience of our visit.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

What a great stay- myself and my bachelorette group stayed here for the weekend and it was beautiful. Very close to local shops and food. Easy to get an uber to the bars. And the host left the most beautiful flowers for our arrival. Very happy with our stay here.

We had a fantastic weekend at Lucy's place. Lucy and Stephen have thought of everything! There is a very handy flexible check-in process, and once you check in there are lots of clear instructions on how to use everything in the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the property has a comfy and spacious living/dining area. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and it was extremely helpful to have the two bathrooms, as well as a downstairs toilet. The property is in a really lovely setting in a quiet corner, so traffic noise is minimal. A really lovely stay to celebrate a family birthday - thank you so much!

The unit is as what was described! It is cosy and well furnished. Location wise it’s in the central city hence it’s convenient. Aj is very responsive and address all issues promptly. I would recommend Aj’s place!

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Lovely space, right by a beautiful park. Well stocked with everything I needed. I would stay again.

A great base from which to explore the local area or visit friends and family.
