Why not have a comfortable stay in the heart of Mitcham with only a 30 minute train ride to town, close drive to the peninsula, pleasant scenic drive to the Yarra Valley and the Dandenongs.

This is a single room, retro-themed studio with 3 beds, a double, king single and a single trundle bed. Split system air conditioning / heating ensures comfort during your stay. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, a double hot plate (suitable for reheating meals), microwave, as well as assorted pots and pans. There is a small, private bathroom with shower and toilet, a front loader washing machine. The TV provided has free to air, an Apple TV box and fast free WIFI is available.

Montrose Hideout is a private modern unit with outdoor 2 person bath, fireplace and BBQ enclosed in a private courtyard - perfect for a quiet night or peaceful breakfast. The Hideout is a quiet place to put up your feet, set on 3 acres at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges, situated next to the main house but totally private. There is a warm wood fire in the main living area with a comfy lounge to relax during the evening. The fully fitted out kitchen has everything you need .

Ideally situated in Melbourne's leafy, outer eastern suburbs, this quiet location is a stone's throw from the Dandenong Ranges with the stunning Yarra Valley & Warrandyte regions just a short drive away. Easily accessible via major motorways, you will also find shops, public transport, schools & hospitals nearby. Please note that our studio is only suitable for adults.

Our spacious 2-bedroom, self-contained guest suite, located directly behind our house, is a "home away from home." You will have your own private entrance, with a path leading up the side of the house to your front sliding door. The off-street parking is very convenient, and you will find all the comforts you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Knox. This guest suite, with blinds in every room, is in a quiet residential area and parties and gatherings are not permitted.
