Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Ideal para parejas, deportistas, familias con 1 ninyo. El precio mostrado no incluye la tasa obligatoria de turismo (5€ por persona y noche) y se cobrará en la llegada. A cambio, será entregado un certificado de huesped que incluye un montón de descuentos y condiciones especiales en muchos lugares.

Zusätzlich befindet sich im Wohn-Essbereich eine großzügige Couch mit Schlaffunktion für 2 weitere Personen. Das kleine moderne Bad verfügt über eine Regendusche.
