We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend. The house had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, two living spaces, great games room. There was some noise from the neighbours but other than that it was a very relaxing stay.

This was a great location we walked to the beach. The house was clean and perfect for children and pets.

It is clearly a well loved home. Possibly wouldn’t suit all parties or families but we loved it. We were 5 related adults & loved cooking, drinking & chatting. The lounge is to die for but that’s our 60’s aesthetic! The deck was great & whole experience easy & relaxed. The house is friendly & welcoming.

My family had the most amazing stay at Mel’s house. Everything was set up perfectly and there was so many tv areas for the kids and us parents to use. Our dog Harlie was safe and had so much room outside. The house was so clean and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely book again!

The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

We absolutely love staying at this air bnb. If you have young children don’t think twice! This is our second time staying with our toddler and the apartment is perfect with children- our son gets so excited and it makes it so easy for us as parents not having to lug around toys or things for him to play with. The apartment itself if gorgeous and comfortable with great shower pressure and the complex is new and beautiful. We particularly love the area- it’s a five minute walk to many of the main shopping malls and there are so many good restaurants and coffee shops. I can’t see us staying anywhere else when we go to Melbourne from now on!

Absolutely loved our stay at Anthony’s place, it exceeded our expectations and we will plan to come back again later in the year. Affordable, clean, cosy and comfortable. Everything within walking distance. Loved that there were two comfy couches for my husband and I to stretch out and relax on. You don’t get that in most small airbnb’s. It felt like a home away from home. The bathroom is basic and an older style but that didn’t bother us. Everything was super clean and tidy with hotel style linen and towels.

This was our third stay in this apartment, need I say more? The location is fantastic, easy walk to laneways, galleries, shopping and transport. Close to great restaurants, bars and comedy venues during the festival. Hosts are friendly and responsive and the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Melbourne.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the appliances to the little touches that made us feel right at home. This is a perfect example of how a business should be run on Airbnb. The location is also fantastic — close to parks, great restaurants, and a large supermarket just across the street. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

We had a wonderful stay and Daniela was a fantastic host. The home was well kept and very clean. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and treats on arrival. Thanks again for everything Daniela!! 😀

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
