Ash Holiday Let at Pathwell Farm

Pathwell Farm has 2 dog friendly self catering holiday lets - Ash (sleeps 4) and Oak (sleeps 2 +2 on a sofa bed). Perfect to rent out individually or together for larger groups. Each let has its own enclosed courtyard. There is a designated 2 acre exercise field. Parking for several cars. The Royal Forest of Dean has miles of very scenic footpaths and fantastic bike tracks. Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

The Miners Arms Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is next to the Miners Arms and bounded by a steam and the river Lyd. With great views of the valley from the balcony on the first floor it also has a large patio area, accessed directly from the ground floor bedrooms, and boasts a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is level wheelchair access to ground floor - which includes bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and patio. We are pet friendly and supply bowls and towels for your pets.

Forest of Dean, The Old Chapel

In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Candles in the evening and a beast of a woodburner makes this an incredibly relaxing place to be. Something a little bit different.

The Cottage has its own brand new ready-to-use fully maintained hot-tub, fenced garden, and bbq area plus a nearby dog wash.
