Bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV w/Roku. Living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 42in TV with Roku to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Outside Entry door has a keypad that will be programmed with a 4 digit pin specifically for your check in to check out time.

Charming seashore apartment with lots of vintage free spiritedness. This is a private apartment in a house from the 1920s and holds that quaint seashore cottage style charm. This is a second floor walk up and street parking only. It is centrally located to many businesses/amenities. It is walkable to the beach and boardwalk (about 5 blocks), 2 blocks to the bay. There is a map in my pictures for reference. Parking is free and usually within 1 block of the apartment.

This delightful 2 BR, 1 bath was built for rest, relaxation & recharging at the shore! One story, 3 steps to enter, small backyard with gas grill & dining table. Just 3 blocks East to the FREE beaches, 2 blocks West to the bay. Bed sheets (queen) & towels are not provided. Pillows, comforter and blanket are. Guests must be 25yrs or older to book AND to stay on the premises. ID verification for guests may be requested by host to confirm age.
