The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. Furnished with family in mind, enjoy wi-fi, 3 smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and washer and dryer available in house. One bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom is furnished as a media room for an extra living space to spread out. Can accommodate up to 8 guests. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Quaint cottage style 2 bedroom home located in the downtown area of Decatur IN. This home has a master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed that sleeps 2. Blackout curtains and vintage cottage decor. The second bedroom has two plush twin beds that with advanced noticed can be pushed together to make a King bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

This charming home is in a quiet neighborhood with a cozy firepit, outdoor grill and spacious patio and deck area. The inside has everything you will need for a comfortable nights stay. There is ample parking on the street and off street parking in the driveway . Wapakoneta has a charming downtown with many shops and restaurants. You can enjoy a summer festival, outdoor concert or visit the Neil Armstrong air and space museum.

Come enjoy the wide open country space in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
