You have the advantage of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining nook with a view of the mountains, full private bath, 12x12 bedroom, spacious family area, cable, wifi, washer/dryer and private parking within inches of your door. We have furnished games, puzzles, reading materials for your spare moments and relaxing pleasure. We ask that you bring no pets and no smoking, vaping or drugs.

The Studio at Dark Run Retreat

Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! There is an apartment above the studio, so we ask that you be mindful of those guests if occupied. *The studio got a make-over! As of 10/6/20, we will no longer be hosting pets*

Downtowner

No hassle parking on premises and a private entrance. The "Downtowner" is a 1920's era restored home in a quiet residential section of Winchester's Historic District and just a short stroll to the downtown "pedestrian only" walking mall with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Clean and spacious, the apartment is complete with bed linens, towels, etc. and stocked with water in the fridge as well as a Keurig with coffee options, tea, hot chocolate, etc...Xfinity HDTV with voice remote control.

Located in the quiet Park View neighborhood north of Eastern Mennonite University, and just a few miles from JMU, a 15 minute drive to Bridgewater College, and a 30 minute drive to Shenandoah National Park. It features an open living/dining/kitchen (stocked with essentials), large bedroom, and full bath with washer and dryer. Guest use of the covered patio is encouraged. *no cleaning fee!
