Our cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath home is a warm, welcoming space that can be customized to meet your needs! We are less than a mile from favorite attractions including Easttown, Michigan St., Cherry St, and Fulton Farmers Market. We are also less than a mile from most of the major healthcare systems and just over a mile from downtown. This listing comes fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay, but please share any specific requests you may have. Pet friendly and kid friendly!

Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon included in rental in summer June to August only. Fee outside of those months due to weather factors and it available on a daily basis of use. Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. Pet friendly with fee.

It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
