The apartment was spotless, bright and the perfect location for our first holiday in Bath as a family of 3. The kitchen facilities were fantastic and the check in process was seamless. I would recommend this property to anyone.

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

The apartment is in a stunning location overlooking the SS Great Britain. The apartment block is very well kept, situated in lovely gardens. Inside, it is very comfortable with expansive views of the river from the lounge and terrace. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway to bath. Short walk into town. Ideal if you’re bringing the car too! Place was so lovely and has everything you need.

This is the perfect hideaway for one person or a couple for a visit to Bath. The studio was scrupulously clean and everything you could possibly need is provided. It is bright, airy and modern. The balcony was an added bonus in the sunny weather. Julie is a great hostess, very friendly and responsive. She left a lovely selection of breakfast items which I couldn't resist. There is off-road parking which is a great find in the city. It's about a 20min walk downhill into the city, the route is very pretty, esp if you use the scenic version Julie provides. There are buses back up the hill every few minutes. Next time I visit Bath, I won't bother looking elsewhere, I'll just book in with Julie.

Geoffrey's place was a beautiful apartment with stunning views, especially the sunset. amazing to relax at the end of the day on the balcony. Top tier! Geoffrey was great and super helpful. He left breakfast and everything we could possibly need to cook and make ourselves at home. Would 100% recommend and if the time came would definitely stay again. Thanks heaps!

Absolutely fantastic place.. spacious, immaculate and a great finish that is set on the ground floor of one of the many amazing properties in the area. My first time using AirBNB to book a place and I was really impressed with all the messages and responses I had from Simon the host. The apartment was immaculate throughout and the facilities within were quality including the small things left for guests to enjoy on our arrival. This was also my first time with friends visiting Bristol and will definitely return to see more of a great city and hopefully stay in the apartment again as like me my friends were super impressed with the booking. wow what a truly beautiful place! we were a family group meeting to catch up for a weekend, we used both properties and they were perfect. The description is spot on but even better in reality. Everything you could possibly need in terms of cooking and relaxing together in the most beautiful surroundings. We would most definitely return again. Very nice place, had a good feel as soon as we got in. We asked about parking prior to booking and Nigel resolved it right away...a fee to the council but sorted by him and we repaid. Location is great for walking into town, everything handy but in a little quiet area...perfect! We felt it was good value and nice and easy all round.

This was a wonderful stay. We booked for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect. Everything was perfectly clean and amazing. We arranged a private chef to come for an evening and the kitchen was fully equipped. Allie was an amazing host and we can’t thank her enough. We had such a great time!! Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at Lower Mill Estate with our baby! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a young family. Our little one loved the soft play and park area, and we enjoyed meals at Balihooo restaurant. A special thank you to our lovely host, Jane, who was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Two night stay in this stunning apartment, near to Bristol but away from the centre. Spotless, comfortable, love the courtyard, home away from home...and more! We will be back!

We had a lovely time in this fabulous place. Very quiet spot and super location for a walk to Bath, Saltford or Keynsham. Not far to the bus or train if your legs have done enough walking

Jayne's apartment is very tastefully decorated and furnished, and we really appreciated the comfortable beds. It is exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean, and very quiet at night. The city centre is quickly and easily accessed by the frequent buses, with a bus stop just a minute's walk away. Jayne is an excellent host - she kept in touch to ensure that we had settled in, and was keen to offer advice and information should it be required. All in all, it was a most enjoyable stay, and we have no reservations in recommending it.

A great location, a pleasant 10 min walk along the river into Frome centre and so peaceful. Slept really well, a lovely comfortable Airbnb with everything you would need and friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

We just had a lovely stay at Kate’s place. She is so friendly and welcoming. Finding breakfast essentials and delicious cupcakes was outstanding. The place is beautiful and convenient. She is the best host we have ever had.

What a wonderful little annex. Perfect spot in bath for two people. Walking distance from the centre. Our dog loved it too! Very grateful to Jette for all the local information and all the helpful amenities in the flat. Would love to return some day.
