Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

A great house with character, everything we needed, and surely the best garden in Bristol. Richard and Jessica were lovely, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Thanks for letting us take over your home for a couple of days!

Over the years we have stayed in a great many Airbnb’s. Sungate is one of the most comfortable and well equipped. The attention to detail and the high quality ‘extras’ are amazing. The bungalow is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Bath. We would hope to stay again in Sungate when next visiting the area. We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

Danny was a fantastic host. He was very attentive to our needs and communicated very quickly. The house is lovely, very nicely decorated, and the area is very nice and interesting too. We really enjoyed our stay thank you, and hope to visit again!

Beautiful house which was perfect for a family weekend away. Very clean with excellent facilities. Views were lovely, a public footpath passes right past the garden with a nice walk to the local village. Host Debra a pleasure to communicate with.

Beautiful and characterful home. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date electricals and appropriate cookware. Beds were comfy and clean, as were the bathrooms. There were some beautiful walks directly from the house.

A great place to stay in Bristol with family - lovely local park, shops and cafes and easy to get to the centre and other parts by car. Jane and her family were lovely hosts, giving clear instructions and great recommendations. It’s a really cleverly designed space and fantastically well equipped. Thanks for having us!

Great apartment! Very easy to find and clear check in and check out details. It is a huge apartment so as a group you have loads of space. Our stay was great thanks to Charlotte! It was slightly noisy at some points in the night but it may have been because it was a bank holiday weekend. Didn’t bother us and was expected due to such a central location.

Well equipped flat in a great location, perfect for dropping our daughter back at university and having a mini break in Bath.

Tom’s flat was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. The location was central and not far from the train station which made it easy to get around without a car. He was a responsive and helpful host. I’d definitely stay here again.

Fantasic place to stay, located near to the town centre, spas and other attractions. The apartment was easy to find with onsite parking. John's instruction on how to access the apartment was on point. I would highly recommenf and when i stay in bath i again, i will defi ately booke this acco.dation again.

A wonderful second stay at The Place . As comfortable and fabulous as we remembered . I can't recommend this beautiful accommodation enough. Very peaceful location , walkable into town which we did . In the evening we got a taxi back and there are plenty available . Thank you again Sarah for having us back .

We had a wonderful break, everything was perfect. It was very well equipped, very comfortable, the bed linen was lovely, and great pillows. Lots of local information was available , loads of dvds, games and books. Katrina was very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. We could walk down into Bath, it was great not to need the car. All in all, a fantastic stay.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

What a gem. George's place was spotless, beautifully furnished with a very comfy bed. George is a great host and her communication is spot on. We will definitely be visiting again 👍🏻

Amazing place! Good location in beautiful surroundings near the wave. Safe and fun place for toddlers, and very hospitable hosts! We would love to go back.

What a beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with everything we could want. Basics like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt & pepper were provided as well as a welcome basket and milk in the fridge. It’s very quiet during the day and at nighttime and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Helen has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden with stunning views, it boasts both sunny and shady areas and perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. Would definitely recommend and come back.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

A beautiful apartment, much bigger than expected. The location was so convenient and felt very private. Lisa was so responsive to any questions beforehand and whilst we were there. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Had 2 cars and was very helpful with making sure it was easy enough to find parking for 2nd car. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed meeting the friendly dogs and spending time watching the swallows swooping outside. A peaceful and memorable getaway!
