I loved the house. we came in from Pittsburgh for a concert and stayed at this one of a kind gem. I like how there's so much to do around and the home felt exclusive. Be prepared to do some climbing up and down the stairs. overall a great place. The art outside was a plus. 10 out of 10

Our group could not have been more impressed! This was one of our top experiences! Melissa was always very quick to answer questions. They have a FAQ video that was SUPER helpful. The house was perfect! The large dining table and chairs was one of the big selling points! You don't find many houses that can accommodate 17 people at one time. We loved their attention to detail by labeling where everything was in the kitchen! Even the bedrooms had name tags on them. They had QR codes you could scan in case you needed to know how to use the heating, ac, or hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious! They even included a laundry kit for us. The multiple decks allowed our large group to enjoy the back yard together. We spent hours in the game room. The kitchen included everything we needed! The 2 full size refrigerators was a big PLUS! The cost was VERY reasonable! They really seem to care about their guests and seem to have thought of everything! We will return!

Five stars! Our family had a wonderful stay at Evelyn’s house. Everything was very clean and true to the pictures. The house is in a great area with a very walkable neighborhood and a short drive away from everything else needed. Evelyn was very responsive and extremely friendly. Would stay again when we’re back in the area!

This was our second time staying here and we loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings. Charles was very responsive and friendly. It was close to some of the activities we had planned with our family. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay here and can tell how much work was put into making it a cozy guest house. Lyle was very responsive and friendly. The house met our needs and we always had a parking space out front. The cost was very reasonable and we highly recommend booking a stay at Butler guesthouse!

Stayed at Barn Door Cottage for a family wedding. From the time of booking, Devon was helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. From booking to check-in, the directions were clear and straight-forward, which made settling in for the weekend all the easier. The house is adorable and decorated in the area’s motif and is homey, warm and welcoming. Will look to stay again for the next family trip to New Hope/Lambertville!

very nice house, bathrooms were a little small, but definitely clean. it is an older house, so lots of squeaking going on, but it kinda made for the whole older house experience. would definitely stay there again!

The place was clean, beds were comfy and Alexandra was a great responsive host who accomadated us checking in early and helping us with extra linens. The hit for the kids was the recreation area at the bottom of the complex with indoor basketball and tennis courts (and pool). The location is great for visiting Camelback and a 10 minute drive to outlets and grocery stores. One of the rooms is a loft so be mindful that you can hear whatever's going on in the living room and you do have to walk down a flight of steps with luggage to access unit. But our stay was amazing and we had a great time.

House as described, so you get what you expected. I spent three night with my wife and 4 kids, we loved and enjoy this place but the weather was so cold outside so we had to look for indoor activities for kids to play, so we went to NOVA Trampoline Park (50 min) Drive but was worth it. also there are Walmart 20 min drive from this house we bought whatever we need to cook. we did enjoyed the BBQ and the Hot tub. the house so clean and the host Peter is great. this community doesn't have any indoor pool or gym or soccer playground that's why we went to NOVA Trampoline spent few hours there they have indoor soccer field with is my favorites' kids activities.

Upal’s. Cabin was perfect for me and my family, lots of space, had all the necessities we needed, beds were comfortable and Cabin very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay it felt like home. We look forward to booking again with Upal for our next visit to the Poconos.

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

Don was a great host. Prior to getting here he responded to questions quickly and was very helpful. We were here for a long term while we settled on purchasing a house in the area. Don's place is within minutes of dozens of restaurants giving a broad selection of different cuisines, and Don provided great recommendations. He even cook us a few meals and delivered them to our door. We had packages delivered which he held until we were available. As we ran out of minor supplies, he delivered additional supplies immediately. Decor is kind of quirky, but hey it's not ours and it gave us points of conversation during our stay. Overall, I would say Don's place is a great temporary home with a great, quiet, peaceful location.

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The guest house feels like you’re sleeping in a serene and quiet forest. It’s also minutes away from great food and cute shops so you get the best of both worlds. We would stay here again.

We had a nice and peaceful stay. We had an event in the area and Ava’s place was just minutes from where we were going. It was absolutely convenient. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The host checked on us as soon as we arrived and made herself available. And checked on us during our stay. What I enjoyed the most was how easy the host made booking and the actual stay. It was definitely a pleasure.
