It’s just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hour’s drive. Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. This condo is located in the Swiss Mountain portion of Seven Springs. Just across the parking lot from a swimming pool and tennis courts; great for family activities and close to - with a free shuttle - Seven Springs amenities. Seven Springs golf course is just across from the Swiss Mountain entrance. Note: the pictures show a fireplace. However fireplace use is prohibited by the HOA.
