We are delighted to invite you to our ancient, and completely renovated, "Il Gallo" (the rooster) Bed and Breakfast in the Tuscan hillside above the walled Roman town of Lucca. After a 15 minute drive up from Lucca you will find yourselves surrounded by olive groves with stunning views out over the mountainsides and valleys. Your room After leaving your car in the shade of the olive trees, after just a few steps you will be at the private entrance to your romantic bedroom with lovely views from every window - even from the shower! There is an en-suite bathroom complete with toiletteries and hairdryer. There is a small pantry with a fridge, microwave, kettle and necessities to prepare a picknick and/or aperitivo to be enjoyed on your terrace. Ceiling fan for hot summer nights!

Here in Montegonfoli you can spend a vacation in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful attractions of the world. First floor with amazing views on San Gimignano and Chianti Hills. No aircon, but every bedroom has a large fan for the few hot nights we are getting in July/August. We usually have 15°C!

L'alloggio si trova presso un podere di campagna, a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Volterra. Superata Porta Diana, si percorre un breve tratto della strada Comunale di S. Margherita fino all'accesso di una strada bianca, l'indicazione Bosco dell'Iris Nero vi conduce, lungo un percorso di 900 metri, alla locazione. Qui vi sono castagni, ulivi, fiori e la piacevole vista della valle. Si possono incontrare caprioli, istrici e cinghiali. Il cuculo, l'upupa, il picchio abitano il bosco circostante.

Comfortable double room in a typical Tuscan farmhouse. This is our wheelchair accessible room at ground floor features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We are in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from population centers. For a supplement of €8 per person we offer an Italian breakfast with local products, served in summertime on our terrace. We also propose to join unique experiences such as wine tasting, Tuscan dinner+olive oil presentation and pasta cooking classes!

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery....
