Private entrance, private parking (no need to park on the street), private bathroom, kitchenette, 2 beach chairs and a cooler. Cozy, it has everything you need to have a restful night sleep. You’ll love my place because of Location, Location, Location. This place is good for solo adventurers, or a business traveler.
