Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The grounds and accommodations are even better than pictured and what I expected. Giovanni is personable, kind and very accommodating. He greeted us with wine and a delicious antipasti platter. It felt like a dream walking around and overlooking the Chianti landscape. The views are incredible and the villa was immaculate. We felt right at home the whole time. The roads getting to the property are very narrow and winding, in the dark it was challenging unless you are very confident.

Leaving this AirBnB (and Florence in general) was tough for us. This was one of the best AirBnBs we've ever stayed at all because of Antonio and all the hard work he puts into it. He goes above and beyond into being the best host and the care he puts into it shows at his rental home. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Maria was a very great host. I requested to stay for a couple more nights and she blocked the dates that I wanted so I can book it. Her place is as it was described. The only con for us is probably how slow the wifi was but we have phone data plans so that was not really a big of a deal for us. Also very walkable to main attractions but still peaceful at night and away from the busy crowds. There’s also a bus station nearby. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you Maria!

La casetta di Andrea a Limestre è un vero gioiellino immerso nel verde della campagna toscana, non troppo lontano da località turistiche come Pistoia, Lucca e Pisa. Il vasto giardino la rende perfetta per chi viaggia con i bambini e in generale per tutti coloro che amano la natura e che desiderano rilassarsi con qualche giorno di vita lenta e semplice, come una volta. Super consigliato!

Wer absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht und dennoch in rund 1 - 1,5 h in den großen Kunststädten der Toskana sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist nicht riesig, aber gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Unser Highlight war die herrliche Terrasse, die das Haus auf zwei Seiten umgab. Dort gab es je nach Vorliebe, Wetter und Sonnenstand verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Sitzen, Liegen und mehr. Wir haben dort praktisch gelebt. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar, der Blick schweift über üppig grüne Hügel und Olivenhaine, nachts ist es wunderbar still und der Sternenhimmel ein Traum! Wenn es warm ist, freut man sich über den großen Pool. Wandern und Radfahren kann man hier auch gut, wenn man die intensiven Höhenmeter nicht scheut. Massimo und seine Familie wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück und sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Begrüßt wurden wir sehr herzlich und mit selbstgemachtem Honig und Olivenöl. Es war wirklich toll bei Massimo!!

Vielen Dank an Marco, Lorenzo und die Familie! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und wurden toll umsorgt! Vom herzlichen Empfang in einer sauberen, gepflegten Wohnung mit eigener kleiner, zurückgezogener Terrasse, über den regelmäßig gereinigten Pool war alles perfekt zum entspannen. Wir kommen gern wieder! Die Wohnung liegt bei einem kleinen Gut am Waldrand völlig abgeschieden über eine gute Schotterstraße erreichbar. Man sieht den Sonnenuntergang zwischen den Bäumen und hat nach Südosten vom Pool (groß genug für kurze Bahnen) Aussicht auf die malerische Chianti Landschaft. Die Wohnung ist sozusagen alleinstehend und gut ausgestattet mit vielen Kochutensilien und kleiner Aussensitzecke. Während die Zikaden tagsüber für Urlaubsstimmung sorgen, ist es nachts sehr still, die Türen zwischen Bad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind hellhörig, zur Küche ist keine Tür. Florenz ist in ca. 35min erreichbar und die ganze Chianti Gegend lädt zum erkunden ein (bis Siena 1h 10min)

Dan is such a nice guy, really helpful and always takes the initiative to help. We loved the views, pool, and enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was big with a bedroom, loft and kitchen. Loved having a kitchen as it is hard to get around. We are not great drivers, so navigating the narrow gravel road to the property was always scary. It's highest on the mountain so expect lots of tough turns and squeezing through the houses. Once you get there, it's a terrific place.

Very nice place to stay near Florence. Carlo is very friendly and will tell you how to get to Florence by bus or with your car. Also i highly recommend to go to the restaurant Il tre Pini which Carlo told us about. The tinyhouse was clean and the garden was nice to look at and stroll around, eventho we had lots of mosquitoes around. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would come back anytime. Thanks Carlo

Très bel endroit, la villa est spacieuse avec deux salle de bains. Franco à été très serviable, réactif et à répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions. La piscine est un atout indéniable, très agréable, très bien équipée mais mériterait un entretien plus régulier. l'équipement de la cuisine était un peu réduit, il nous a fallu être créatifs pour y faire la cuisine mais les hôtes ont toujours su nous apporter à temps ce qui nous manquait. Enfin le seul point négatif est les matelas qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un si joli endroit et d'une si belle maison. Point très positif, les moustiquaires aux fenêtres et les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre. Nous avons pu visiter Sienne, Florence et Pise ainsi que la très belle vallée de Greve avec ses vignes et ses villages tous plus charmants les uns que les autres.

Nous avons adoré et mes enfants se sentaient comme à la maison ! Je recommande vivement et j’essaie revenir rapidement ! Un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Vraiment super +++
