La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
