Washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Easy access to Freeways, local beaches, and Golf course mins away.

Two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. Full kitchen, dining area and living room are downstairs. Laundry room is downstairs. You can park in our drive way in front of double door garage.
