We spent three nights at Judy’s place and felt right at home. She was quick to respond to any questions and easy to communicate with from the time of booking until check-out. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make home cooked meals including many spices/condiments. All of the spaces were clean and well stocked. The cottage has great walkability and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time and are glad we had this place to come back to after our long days out and about.

We really enjoyed our first ever visit to San Clemente. The home was a perfect location for a three-day wedding adventure. We especially appreciated the nearby stairs/pathway to the beach and trail.

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible oceanside rental for five weeks, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, making morning strolls and sunset walks so convenient and enjoyable. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish interior and every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The balcony and hot tub were standout features, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking views. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the property was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed staying at Robyn's place for the weekend. It was exactly like the photos and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was very easy to check-in and Robyn was great at responding to us.

Clean and cozy duplex, with a shared but spacious patio. Walked to the beautiful Windandsea beach for sunsets. Bedding and furniture were nice. The hosts were excellent communicators. They provided great beach essentials including toys for the kids, chairs, and an umbrella. Location was walkable to beach and local markets and restaurants.

The location is outstanding-very close to the beach and an easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Its very close to the scenic walk along the coast, too. Place was very clean and bright, bed very comfortable and great TVs. There is some traffic noise but it didn't bother us. Jeremy and Kerry were communicative and responsive. Great place to stay!

Our stay at Nathan’s was great! We loved the quiet, safe location near Mission Bay. It is 1 block from the extensive bike paths through out the bay and over to Pacific and Mission Beaches. It is a simple studio, but is well equipped with everything you need, including a washer/dryer. The thick towels and nice linens were great! We enjoyed having the private backyard patio to relax with our old dog, and used the parking space as well. The location is close to restaurants in PB and also close to the freeway to get to other sights in San Diego. We extended our stay several times and were able to communicate easily with Nathan, Adam and their management team. We hope to come back again! Thank you Nathan!

Amazing place in Oceanside!! The apartment was virtually spotless when I arrived and everything matched the description and pictures completely. It is only a short 10 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Elaine was extremely responsive to questions and very proactive with all information for check-in/check-out. I will be back!

We spent 13 nights at Angela’s while visiting our daughter in PB. The apartment is very comfortable with a cute beach theme. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Angela had excellent communication and rules and apartment use guidelines were very clear. The location was fantastic for walking to the ocean, great coffee, bakery and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Angela’s apartment and hope to stay again!

Apartment was exactly as represented. Very spacious, location was very convenient. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Deck off of living room was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend.

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

What a fantastic place to stay! The location, peaceful and relaxing. The beaches are easy to access and you can walk for miles along the beach if you wish. The local town has everything you need to eat, drink or buy local products. The coaster into San Diego is close by, we took the coaster a few times which is easy to pick up from Encinitas or Solana beach. Parking is free at the station or you can pick up the bus or Uber if you don't want to drive. We also walked the local nature reserve and Annie's canyon. The property is clean, very comfortable and has sufficient facilities. The bed is so comfortable and it's so quiet in the apartment. The pool and jacuzzi are brilliant facilities, it was so nice to come back after a long day to relax around the pool, swim, and unwind in the jacuzzi. The hosts, Dave and Sharon are the best hosts, they were flexible with our check in/out and have been available throughout our stay, they provide top tips for the local area.

This was such a beautiful and comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again. very close to everything. incredibly friendly host.

Another fantastic stay at Ricks place in La Costa. So peaceful to hear the birds and swaying palm trees. Sunny pool and warm hot tub plus beautiful resort grounds to walk on. Beach and shopping close.

Our short stay at Pete & Cathy's place has been absolutely wonderful. It was a get together with some friends and everybody was impressed by how pleasant the place felt like. The kitchen was clean and has everything that we needed. There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds and the bathrooms were clean. I love how thoughtful they were to give us some wine and cold drinks as complimentary plus the toiletries in the bathrooms. I also love that they texted recomendations on what to do and where to eat around the area. It honestly felt like home. Being so close to the beach was also amazing. We didn't get to use the hot tub or the bikes but hopefully we can when we come back next time!

We enjoyed our stay at Deborah’s place very much. The location was amazing….just steps to the beach and we could walk to town if we wanted a little exercise…about a mile. We had everything that we needed and Deborah was very helpful with our late night check in. It was perfect for our sisters getaway!!

Linda was very proactive in her communication - we had a late arrival, and Linda left a light on for us and provided precise instructions for entry. Linda reached out to see how our stay was going and even dropped some tangerines off for us to enjoy. We will stay again in the future if available
