The apartment is pet friendly and a cozy 700sf. The apartment is a part of a 4 unit house that has a nice sunroom and a landscaped yard. It includes a full kitchen with breakfast table. The couch in the living room converts into a queen size bed. The apartment is a 10 minutes walk to the center of downtown and a 20 minutes walk to the beach, marina, and convention center.
