Renta de villas vacacionales en Madesimo

Die Lage des Hauses war super, man ist wirklich schnell zu Fuss am See / Strand und in ca. 5-10 min im kleinen Städtchen. Die Küche des Hauses ist gut ausgestattet, Seife, Schwämme etc. müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Der Garten ist praktisch mit Kindern. Die ganze Ferienanlage ist nicht mehr ganz modern, aber im Grossen und Ganzen gut im Stand. Parkplätze gibt es (zumindest im Herbst) genügend kostenlose. Aufgepasst, bei uns hatte es extrem viele Mücken, Mückenschutz nicht vergessen, aber das ist wahrscheinlich sehr saisonal verschieden. Eine gute Gelateria ist gleich um die Ecke und auch der Kinderspielplatz ist toll.

Dream and charming place, amazing views and very well equipped. the garden and the terraces are magical. the house has been refurbished with very high standards, like a family home. the lake is to be seen from every widow, from a peaceful small village. it is important to note that you need to be in shape as there are a short uphill climbing for a few minutes from the parking lot, but it worth every effort!!! and eva is very kind, many thanks for the great holiday !!

War ein Super Airbnb, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The photos do not do this beautiful little spot justice. We were met by Antonio's mother who lives nearby and she showed us around the house. The house had everything we needed, including towels and blankets for our 2 dogs. The view from the balcony and sitting room is outstanding. The house is situated outside of the hustle and bussle of towns like Menaggio but there is a bus and a ferry that will take you there, just a short walk away. There is also a corner shop as well as a pharmacy 200m away and a few minutes drive or bus trip to a supermarket. There are lovely beaches and walks nearby as well as lovely cycle routes. Antonio and his mother were excellent at communicating with us. We loved the unique features of the house particularly the shutters and coat rack. We will definitely be back! If you looking for a welcoming homely house away from the busy crowds, but close enough to get to the sights, that has a beautiful view and an enclosed garden you won't be disappointed.

ottima esperienza! situata in mezzo al verde poco fuori dal centro abitato la casa è molto bella e ben curata in ogni elemento. sono presenti articoli di cortesia in bagno per gli ospiti, caffè in cucina, thè e tisana. piccole accortezze che fanno piacere. il giardino è molto vivibile grazie al patio anteriore. ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato un bellissimo capriolo 😁 consigliatissima se avete bisogno di staccare e stare qualche giorno in relax a goderci il verde. Giovanni è un perfetto padrone di casa che vi assisterà per tutto il soggiorno!

It isn't often that holiday accommodation exceeds ones hopeful expectations but this house, overlooking Lake Lugano, really did. Absolutely wonderful. The five bedrooms are all huge and most of them overlook the lake. The furnishings in all the rooms have been carefully and tastefully selected, and beautifully cared for. The kitchen is very well stocked with loads of crockery, cutlery and gadgets, and was spotless. The bathrooms were also perfectly clean with huge basins and modern showers. The beds are all huge and comfortable and were made up with lovely white linen. The lightweight duvets were the right weight for the season. There were more than enough towels for everyone, and there were even towels that could be used outdoors. I don't think that we could have asked for anything more. Regards Liz

Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana di relax in questo magnifico chalet immerso nel verde e nella natura, dotato di tutti i confort e privacy, tutto ordinato e pulito e soprattutto completamente recintato, la vista era spettacolare e la zona tranquilla e silenziosa, I miei 3 cagnolini hanno apprezzato il verde che circonda la casa potendo rimanere liberi ed in sicurezza, siamo stati accolti da Elisa in modo puntuale e cordiale. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche am Luganer See. Die Terrasse hat wirklich einen traumhaften "one million dollar" Ausblick und Sonne von morgens bis abends. Man muss sich fast aufraffen, um wandern zu gehen :D. Claudia hatte uns mit einer Flasche Wein und Wasser persönlich begrüßt, was wirklich sehr nett war. Küche ist super ausgestattet, hier fehlt es an nichts. Das Inventar der Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da könnte man hier und da mal über Neuerungen nachdenken, tut der Sache aber keinen Abbruch. Für unseren Hund war das Haus auch klasse, großer Garten und komplett umzäunt. Den Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus empfanden wir als nicht störend, auch ins Dorf wo es eine super Bäckerei gibt braucht man nur 15 zu Fuß, Knieprobleme sollte man allerdings nicht mitbringen :D. Klasse Gegend zum Wandern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben mit unserer Familie den Sommerurlaub in dem Haus von Donya verbracht und uns allesamt sofort wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute (Grund-) Ausstattung für den täglichen Bedarf, eine Terrasse im Obergeschoss mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, einen tollen Pool mit schöner Terrasse, einen großen und schönen Garten, sodass auch unser Hind nicht zu kurz kam, sowie einen eigenen Parkplatz. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Donya war im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer sehr angenehm, sie reagierte immer sehr kurzfristig auf Nachrichten und war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit unserer Familie und Freunden weiterempfehlen und werden es bei der nächsten Reise in der Region zwischen dem Lugano und Como See erneut buchen. Dies war unsere bisher beste Erfahrung auf Airbnb und anderen Buchungsplattformen. Besten Dank an Donya, selten kamen wir so entspannt aus dem Urlaub wieder zurück.

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Eingezäuntes Haus mit großem Garten mit traumhaftem Ausblick! Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Einfahrt ist sehr steil, aber wir sind mit beiden Autos gut hochgekommen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ging die Batterie von unserem elektrischen Tor leer. Hier wurde uns sehr schnell weitergeholfen und direkt neue Schlüssel gebracht. 🙂 Wir kommen gerne nochmal ☀️.

Séjour inoubliable sur le lac de Côme. Silvio est un hote extrêmement attentionné et disponible. Sa maison est charmante, décorée et meublée avec goût, très lumineuse et très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Il y a de belles randonnées a faire depuis la maison. Il y a un chemin pour descendre à pieds dans le centre du village et même si le retour était bien raide c'etait bien agréable de ne pas prendre notre voiture. Malgré la chaleur nous avons apprécié la fraicheur de la maison lorsque nous rentrions. La vue sur le lac est absolument magnifique, plus belle encore que sur les photos. Nous recommandons vivement la Villa Nanchetta.

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

het was een super mooie omgeving, rustig. met de auto op een kwartiertje van como meer. het huis was prachtig, een veranda met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en het was ook aangenaam vertoeven als het buiten te warm was. we voelden ons direct thuis. de familie was extreem verwelkomend, ze staan klaar om je te helpen met allerhande vragen. zelfs toen we allereil even naar het ziekenhuis moesten hebben ze ons goed geholpen. voor iedereen die rust en een mooie omgeving zoek, raden we deze airbnb ten zeerste aan

Ein wirklich schöner Ort! Man fühlt sich sehr privat. Aus Ausblick und der Garten sind fantastisch und der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, gute Küchenausstattung). Einzig und allein der Weg zum Haus ist sehr anspruchsvoll. Es ist zu empfehlen, den Weg nur mit einem geländetauglichem Fahrzeug zu befahren. Ich habe mir etwas die Frontstoßstange zerkratzt (für mich nicht schlimme). Sollte man auf jeden Fall auf dem Schirm haben. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder :)

Wir haben nach Ostern ein Woche in der Villa verbracht und hatten tolles Wetter! Die Kinder sind täglich in den beheizten Pool gehüpft während wir gemütlich unseren Café und vor allem die fantastische Aussicht geniessen konnten. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl. Frau Bannwart, die das Haus verwaltet, gab uns zu Beginn gleich ein paar gute Restaurants Tipps und bei Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.

Merci à sylvia pour son accueil très chaleureux, elle est soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes et met son magnifique appartement à notre disposition ainsi que sa piscine privée. Très bien situé pour visiter Lugano et ses alentours, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve avec un cadre idéal.
