TV e tavolo. Cucina dotata di frigo, freezer, forno, fornello a gas, lavello, bollitore, caffettiera e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Terrazzo vista lago con tavolo e sedie. Aria condizionata. Animali non ammessi.

Bellissimo monolocale in provincia di Roma nel comune di Marino. Presenta una camera da letto e lettino da campeggio per un bambino con angolo cottura, bagno e un bel giardino privato con barbecue. Da qui raggiungere Roma è facile, a 300mt è presente la stazione ferroviaria che in 25min arriva alla stazione Termini. A 200mt c'è la fermata dell'autobus che vi portera' alla metro A E alle meraviglie dei Castelli Romani. L'aeroporto di Ciampino a soli 4 minuti il bambino paga 5 €in più al giorno

"Propaganda Room" è un piccolo loft di 25 mq, in un palazzo dei primi del '900, a pochi passi dall'anfiteatro e dai cisternoni romani e vicino al bosco dei Cappuccini ed alla magnifica vista sul Lago Albano. Collocato al piano terra, direttamente su strada, ambiente unico, max 2 pax divano letto ed angolo cottura, a pochi passi dai bei localini dei vicoli e del "corso di sopra". Parcheggio gratuito è in largo Giov. Paolo I. Ben collegato con Roma Termini grazie alla stazione ferroviaria e bus.

Deliziosa e indipendente casetta

Il mio piccolo appartamento, è una deliziosa riscoperta dopo tanto tempo. La piccola casa dei miei genitori ,è adesso, un angolo accogliente da usare come base per visitare i castelli romani e la vicinissima Roma, senza però subirne il caos. Perfetta anche per una fugha al mare. Camelia home si trova nel centro storico, tutti i servizi sono a 1 minuto a piedi; supermercato, bancomat, farmacia, autobus, pizzerie, parcheggi. Il colore ed il calore della mia piccola casa ti riscalderà il cuore!!

My little house is suitable for single travelers and couples, equipped with every comfort. It’s located in Marino, very close to Castelgandolfo, with his lake and the Pope summer residence. The train station, 3 minutes walk from the house, allows you to reach the centre of Rome in just half on hour! You will stay in the hearth of this little and historical village also spending your time in tasting the very typical dishes of the roman cuisine. First of all, the best "porchetta" in the world!

On 2nd floor:one double-bed room, living room with large sofa-bed, dining room with additional sofa bed, two bathrooms, live-in kitchen. On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower.
