The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. La Chicchera è un appartamento recentemente rinnovato e curato nei minimi dettagli in una via molto tranquilla del centro di Montespertoli, un paesino nel cuore del Chianti e a breve distanza da Firenze e da tutte le altre città d'arte della Toscana. Facilmente raggiungibili a piedi minimarket, bar, farmacie, ristoranti, negozi, banche; a pochi passi anche le fermate dell’autobus. Saremo felici di accogliervi e poter far parte del vostro soggiorno in Toscana con consigli e suggerimenti!

Tipico terratetto fiorentino con accesso da una silenziosa corte interna:la scelta ideale per chi vuole visitare la città senza il caos del centro. A 2min dalla fermata del bus e a meno di 10min a piedi dalla tramvia che porta in 15min al centro di Firenze (Stazione Santa Maria Novella). Appena ristrutturato, indipendente e con tutti i comfort: cucina con forno elettrico e microonde, TV, internet, soggiorno con divano letto e bagno. Parcheggio gratuito pubblico disponibile in zona.

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica e alla stazione. Il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Deliziosa mansarda di recente costruzione con ogni comfort nella tranquilla periferia fiorentina, a soli 7 minuti dalla Tramvia e ad un minuto dalla fermata della linea 6 che collega al centro di Firenze. Zona servita con ogni punto di interesse nel raggio di pochi minuti a piedi. Lavorando nel settore ristorativo, saremo lieti di darvi le informazioni per trovare le migliori cantine da visitare ed ogni wine bar. Quarto piano senza ascensore

A romantic country house, deep in the green Toscana hills, few kilometres from Lucca. A fresh organic breakfast tasted in a wide, quiet, private garden, while enjoying the scenery of the Pizzorne mountain woods. Feeling the warm typical Toscana “cotto” tiles inside, preparing a “fiorentina” steak in the barbecue outside and relaxing on the beach chairs after a solar shower and swimming in the wide pool.

L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una villa padronale del '600, all'interno di un parco privato, con posti auto, ingresso condiviso. Gradevole soggiorno per chi voglia visitare Lucca, Pistoia, la Versilia, Firenze, Pisa e la Liguria, mète comode da raggiungere dato che il casello dell'autostrada A11 è a 500 metri. Per soggiorni lunghi scriveteci, saremo lieti di accordarci con gli ospiti.

At only 15 min driving from the centre of Florence, 15 from Chianti and 40 min from Siena. Our home is the perfect location for exploring Tuscany and relaxing while enjoying its beautiful landscape!
