Die ehemalige Kornkammer unter dem Dach der alten Zollburg haben wir ausgebaut: 3 Doppelzimmer, 2 Bäder und 1 Wohnküche, bestens geeignet für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt mit historischem Ambiente. Die Blumenecke im Innenhof mit Tisch und Bänken steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Stadt, Park und Schiffsanleger befinden sich in fussläufiger Nähe. This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
