I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. If you're looking for a place that's a step above the rest, this is it. Can't wait for stay number four!

Brianna and her property were great during our stay in Nashville. She was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, and made our first experience on AirBNB great one. The location was perfect and nearby many spots we wanted to visit. We would recommend staying with Brianna.

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

Amazing! Great apartment, great location,, good parking facilities, clear instructions from zach and he responded to all enquiries straightaway, so glad we didn’t book a hotel. We will stay here again if we return to Nashville and will be recommending to friends who are coming.

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

Great place to stay! The place is comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is was also great. There’s a couple of skylights that let it a lot of natural light. Check in was super easy!

William was great at communicating with us. Very flexible. Even offered to pick things up for us at the store. Let us extend our stay a bit longer. Would recommend staying at his place again!

This place was a gem. One of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Friendly hosts, responsive, and helpful in every way. Nice neighborhood, safe, walkable street. Lots of places to eat and things to check out. It's one of those little places you didn't know about but would totally love to live there. If I get back down that way again I'm def checking to see if this place is available.

We spent 2 nights at Ginger’s place and found it to be comfortable, clean, homey and with a very well-equipped kitchen. The king size bed was super comfy and the HVAC system worked great! Ginger was a terrific hostess - responsive, flexible with our check-in time and hospitable. The location was very convenient for our needs and I can certainly envision staying at Ginger’s again!

Nice location in East Nashville close to lots of restaurants and an easy Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway. We rented both units and had plenty of space for 5 couples. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, there is an extra full bath downstairs. Everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. Bring your own coffee pods… There is a full kitchen living area upstairs we did not use. We enjoyed our stay.

Casper’s house was perfect for our whole family! Great house in a great neighborhood.

This was a wonderful spot to call home for a few days while a few friends and I attended a conference in Smyrna. It was central to all of the areas of TN we wanted to visit. It even had that "new home" smell!

DeYanna was a wonderful host! Very communicative and responsive and was fast to take care of any issues that arose during my stay. Also, her place was in an ideal part of Nashville and I would definitely stay there again!

Loved Theresia’s place! One of my top Arbnb. Exactly as posted, beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Chose this home because of the close proximity to some of the most gorgeous hiking areas. Rock Island falls probably 10 mins, Falls Creek Falls and Savage Gulf maybe 30-40 minutes. And there are so many others that are so close that you’re not spending all your time driving. The home is stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need. And after a day of hiking there’s the Hot tub to relax in to soothe those sore muscles, and a great fire pit area to chill by. Beds were very comfy for a good nights sleep, plenty of nice plush towels for that hot shower. Can’t go anywhere without the FurBaby, so it was a plus that this place is pet friendly. Thank you Theresia for sharing your home, I will definitely be back to explore more of the area, and I hope to stay here.

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

Awesome place, responded to questions, the place looked like the photos and location was peak and the videos helped a bunch. You can really just tell he put time and effort into making your vacation the best possible!

Gleicy was an outstanding host and her place is in an ideal location for those wanting walkable access to the convention center, country music hall of fame, or lower Broadway. She was a great communicator and the place was clean and comfortable.

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for us and the outdoor pool area was a nice perk. It was a great location to broadway and we walked it every day very easily! The parking spot was a great plus as well! It took us a little while to get used to the latch app but Rindi was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

Katie's place was exactly how it was described, I felt like I was at home. The patio in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee was superb. The esthetics of the apartment were well thought out and very creative.The location was 6-8mins from dtown depending on the traffic, the outside would fool you on what your in store for on the inside, just because it a bit dated exteriorly and ducked off on the side. Katie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. I will certainly stay again.

My first time in Nashville and this place was AMAZING. Even though there was much construction around this time. It was okay. Not far from broadway at all, but it’s better to take the scooter for $5 unless you want to walk the 25 min. Interior of the condominium was clean and all the extra helpful things around the place was great to have. Would definitely come back here the next time I do a trip like this to Nashville!
