Nuestro estudio de 25m2 está perfectamente ubicado, frente a una parada de autobús con acceso directo al aeropuerto de Ginebra (10min), el centro de Ginebra (Cornavin 30min), OIT y ONU (20min). A 10min del CERN, del lago y del bosque de Versoix. Supermercados y cines frente a la residencia. El Tram llegará en 2024. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, sofá cama (1pers.)+ cama (2 pers.), bañera, lavadora (secadora común a la residencia). También hay un jardín común.

The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Situé au bord du lac, devant le débarcadère , vous profiterez d’Evian et de ces atouts sans vous soucier de prendre votre voiture car vous ferez tous à pied ! Quel bonheur de sortir de chez soi et d’être directement sur les quais ou la promenade y est magnifique à toutes heures de la journée.... Bon séjour dans notre belle ville d’Evian.

Ce bel appartement lumineux, vous permettra d'accéder au lac en quelques minutes et à la plage de sable en une dizaine de minutes à pied par le bord du lac Idéal pour 4 personnes, le logement comporte un coin salon chaleureux et une salle à manger ouvrant sur une cuisine intégrée entièrement équipée, donnant sur une terrasse orientée Sud-Est. L’appartement comporte deux chambres et un canapé convertible dans le salon et comporte une entrée indépendante.

Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.
