le logement est très bien placé, juste en face du lac. il est spacieux et propre avec une très belle vue. nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement et son emplacement.A recommander. J'ajoute cette 2ème partie, en espérant peut-être effacer pour les prochains voyageurs, la petite chose qui a rendu notre check-in moins agréable : le check-in se faisait à Villa porta. A la réception la dame(Lara?), m'a bien accueilli (gentille et humaine) avec de bonnes explications.Mais àcôté d'elle il y avait un monsieur d'âge moyen,qui a répondu mon Bonjour froidement et sans me regarder . La même personne voulait m'obligeant de sortir ma voiture du parking de l'hôtel,car il la voulait pour un autre client. Pourtant c'était sa collègue qui m'avait montré cette place de parking. Après quelques discussions je n'ai pas accepté de déplacer ma voiture, car il n'y avait plus de place. Visiblement cette personne est parmi ceux qui se comporte avec le client selon sa préférence !!! A part cela,tout était parfait

Nous remercions Raffaela et Mauro pour leur chaleureux accueil 🥰 , ils ont été des hôtes vraiment sympathiques, flexibles et au petit soins pour nous , . L’appartement est très confortable, propre ,une literie au top , on peut profiter aussi bien dehors que dedans , et le jacuzzi a finalisé chaque sortie vélo 🚲, vraiment top ! Nous reviendrons si l’occasion se présente mais plutôt en automne ou printemps , les paysages doivent être encore plus beau ! Bref , merci beaucoup pour ces vacances réussies ! 🚴🏻 Arrivederci 🚴🏼‍♂️

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich im Zentrum von Lavena und trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Den privaten Parkplatz habe ich sehr geschätzt. Die Unterkunft ist zweckvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit Catalina war sehr gut - Sie ist eine gute Gastgeberin und kümmert sich um einen. Da komme ich gerne wieder - möchte die Umgebung ja auch mal noch bei schönem Wetter geniessen.

Wow what a stay... peaceful location. Staying at Nico brought back great memories of my childhood holidays with my Italian families. Nico and her husband were so welcoming from a welcome bottle of Prosecco to home cooked pasta at their restaurant 'il Gardino', we couldn't ask for anything more. Recommendation.... lago Orta, Isola Bella, Isola madre, isola pescatore. Arona is a good stop from Milano and we can't forget Stresa. Looking forward to seeing Cannero again soon.

Séjours agréable, belle vue, cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle. Présence d'une borne de recharge, un plus pour les propriétaires de voiture électrique.

Bei der Ankunft fanden wir eine Flasche Wasser und Nudeln als Willkommensgruß. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Badezimmer waren sehr ordentlich und es gab genügend Handtücher. Der Kühlschrank ist schön groß, damit man seine Lebensmittel und Getränke kühlen kann. Die Aussicht von dem Balkon im Obergeschoss ist super. Eine Bademöglichkeit ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Restaurants sind auch viele in der Umgebung. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La proprietaria è stata da subito disponibile nel dare tutti i dettagli richiesti, la posizione è in un bosco per cui abbiamo goduto della massima tranquillità, le indicazioni sono state ottime ed esaurienti per poterla raggiungere facilmente. La villa è molto bella e curata, inoltre è capiente con molti bagni, per cui non ci sono problemi se si organizza un evento con molti ospiti, in generale è attrezzata per tutte le necessità e per stare comodi! Se cercate un luogo dove passare tempo in compagnia dei vostri amici immersi nella natura e nella pace allora questo è il posto giusto, lo consiglio!

5 nuits parfaites ! Le logement est hyper calme, lumineux et la vue sur le lac est magnifique. L’accueil était très chaleureux. Le jacuzzi ? Hmmmm un Bonheur ! Andrea nous avait conseillé le restaurant al cantinone à luino, à environ 15 minutes en voiture. On a adoré ! Le patron a joué quelques aires d’accordéon, les repas étaient très bons. Dépaysement garanti ! À 5 minutes à pied du logement il y a une supérette avec notamment du pain frais. La dame qui la tient fait d’excellents sandwiches. Nous avons été à Stresa en voiture. C’était un peu long mais la route est tellement belle ! Par contre les chiens même dans un sac ne sont pas admis dans les jardins des îles Borromées. Cannobio est un très joli village. Notre coup de cœur ! Merci Andrea pour tout, votre réactivité, vos conseils, le colis de bienvenue… nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We felt warmly welcomed by Samantha and really cared for. Our stay was absolutely joyful and we were thankful for her support. An absolutely ideal host☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

Jolie maison avec jardinet au coeur du village sur les hauteurs de Verbania. Environnement paisible. Parking à 150 mètres, la ruelle étant trop étroite pour se garer. Conseils avisés de Gabriele notamment pour la baignade au lac de Mezzogoro (20 minutes en voiture). Lieu central pour les visites (îles Borromées, Stresa, Cannobio ...). Pas de commerce dans le village mais large choix à Verbania (10 minutes). Nous recommandons fortement le logement de Gabriele et Roseta. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances

Hartelijk welkom geheten, mooi appartement, goede ligging, goede voorzieningen ( bedden, badkamers, keuken) verder nauwelijks gebruikt ivm werk in Milaan. zeker aan te raden. wanneer mogelijk komen we volgend jaar terug.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Simona vous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité pour répondre à nos demande d'informations et de conseils. Excellente hôte

L'alloggio era pulitissimo e ha tutto quello che serve. Addirittura ci hanno fornito, per il bambino, non solo la culla come richiesto, ma anche la sedia per la cena e un fasciatoio. Gabriele e sua moglie sono gentilissimi e la zona è molto tranquilla. Infine, pur non essendo compresa la colazione, ci hanno lasciato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per il mattino dopo, caffè, latte, biscotti, frutta, ecc... siamo assolutamente soddisfatti!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, ruhig und gut gelegen. Mateo ist ein wirklich sehr herzlicher, sympathischer und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er gab uns gute Tipps fürs Essen in der Nähe und unterstütze uns sehr beim Transfer zum nahegelegenen Flughafen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für das leckere Eis, das er uns in der besten Eisdiele Oleggias ausgab.

appena arrivi lo spettacolo che ti riserva la discesa della stradina sterrata già ti fa sognare specie perche le due giornate trascorse presso di loro erano caratterizzate da un sole caldo e splendido ma anche ieri quando siamo andati via nonostante fosse nuvoloso e piovesse un po lo scenario era comunque un museo a cielo aperto... l'alloggio che poi è piu una camera con bagno con cucina esterna aveva tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno... inizialmente ero un po preocupata della cucina ma non facendo freddo per fortuna fare colazione e bersi una bella tisana la sera prima di andare a letto è stato piacevolissimo anche perchè il panorama dal terrazzino ti scaldava il cuore e la mente... due giorni in conclusione sono stati pochi perchè mi sarebbe piaciuto godermi di più gli spazi esterni che la casa mette a disposizione ma sicuramente dovessimo tornare in quelle zone vorrei tornare da loro perchè ripeto lo scenario è stupendo la pace che ti trasmette è impagabile ...

Tolles hundefreundliches cozy Appartement mit grandioser Aussicht!

Wir haben am gleichen Tag der Anreise gebucht, was überhaupt kein Problem für Sofia war. Wir bekamen eine sehr zügige Reaktion von ihr. Sofia ist sehr symphatisch und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden und sauber. In zwei Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Der Ort Cannera Riviero ist sehr schön, bietet einpaar Restaurants und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Beautiful vintage house with the most amazing view over the lake. Daniela is a very helpful and kind host who did anything to make our stay unforgettable. Our children, ages 1 and 3, had all that they needed to play outside in the beautiful garden with sand toys. They enjoyed jumping on the trampoline, petting the friendliest dog ever, Tokyo, driving around with little cars, motorcycles, drawing or just running around. We would like to come back! Thanks for everything

We had an amazing experience with Matteo, truly one of the most hospitable people we’ve ever met! From the beginning, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They recommended great places to eat nearby, which really helped us get settled quickly. What stood out the most was their incredible support when we faced a difficult situation. After a minor car accident, we weren’t sure how to proceed, especially with the language barrier. Our host immediately stepped in, helping us communicate with the car rental company and guiding us through the entire process. They were available at all hours and always responded instantly, no matter the time. We are beyond grateful for their kindness and support — this kind of care and attention is rare. Highly recommended!
