Excellent stay!! This place had all the amenities as described and then some. Host Alan was very helpful, friendly and responsive! Location was amazing and place was perfect. Highly recommend.

Super close to LAX! Yese was kind enough to let us check in early. The place was super clean, well appointed, and the pull out bed was actually super comfy! I felt like I was on a friends apartment, it felt super homey and cute. The marina is near by- plenty of shopping, grocery stores, and some restaurants near by.

My boyfriend and I had the best time, we didn’t want to leave. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a highlight and the comfiest bed - we both had the best sleep of our lives. I hope to come back soon because it truly was a dream spot!

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. Gorgeous apartment with fantastic facilities and lots of choice for places to eat locally too. Super responsive host. Highly recommend! Thanks Alexandra and Casey.

Her place was exactly as advertised; clean, spacious and very easy to self check-in. It fit me and my 5 adult children comfortably. Location was awesome. Jasmine communicated very quickly. Highly recommended.

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Bed was super comfortable. The area is very walkable and I enjoyed exploring despite the weather. Would highly recommend this space for families. Andrew has everything you need to enjoy getting outdoors or staying in.

An absolutely beautiful place and so comfortable and clean!! Just gorgeous and nicely done!! We felt right at home. Tower 17 was responsive when we had trouble with the fireplace and let us add on another night too. I love their generosity with towels and supplies-no nice not to have to worry about them and we could be comfortable. We loved our time at this place!! Thank you!

I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

John & Mandy were the most attentive hosts we have ever booked with! Quick to reply and even bothered to call to check in on us! Very knowledgeable regarding the property and surrounding area. Property was clean and maintained. We would book with them again in a heartbeat.

Booked this spot for a weekend getaway with friends and had a fantastic time! The location is great and just a short walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the living room! We had everything we needed for our time here, including access to beach towels and chairs. The living room couch was so comfy and easy fit us (4 of us) all when resting/watching TV. Great food and coffee options just a few blocks away. Definitely recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay in Manhattan Beach. Josie’s beautiful home was in the perfect location walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. 100% would recommend.

Visited with my daughter and we enjoyed our stay. The location offered several good restaurants, a wonderful coffee shop and world class bakery nearby. Close to the beach and promenades. Very responsive and convenient communication with host.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.
