What makes this condo special is the private entrance, large living space, a bedroom with king bed, a full kitchen, and a balcony. As a guest, you have access to the free shuttle service or visit the clubhouse with pool, hot-tub, basketball and tennis in the summer months.

Originally built in 1868, our historic farm house is newly renovated featuring touches of rustic charm paired with modern decor, and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay! We are located just miles from Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Mountain Resorts, Somerset and the PA Turnpike Interchange, and a mile from the town of Rockwood and the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail head!

"Roost" in Rockwood's oldest brick house

Welcome to the Red Brick Roost Guesthouse. This historic home is the oldest brick house in Rockwood and dates to the 1870s. The house is conveniently located on Main Street in town, just .7 mile ride/walk from the Great Allegheny Passage trailhead. We also offer a locked storage area for bikes and ski equipment. We are close to other local gems: Hidden Valley, Seven Springs, the Flight 93 Memorial site, and Fallingwater. We look forward to having you roost with us!

It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.

Pap's Place

Pap’s Place is a single-wide mobile home that has been recently renovated. This property is named after the former owner, Warren Sterner, affectionately called “Pap” by his grandchildren. Warren was a railroad enthusiast. He could never work on the railroad due to the loss of an eye at a young age. This home has been decorated with prints of railroad and local scenes that Warren painted during his life.

Cozy Laurel Highlands Getaway

This condo is located in the Swiss Mountain portion of Seven Springs. Just across the parking lot from a swimming pool and tennis courts; great for family activities and close to - with a free shuttle - Seven Springs amenities. Seven Springs golf course is just across from the Swiss Mountain entrance. Note: the pictures show a fireplace. However fireplace use is prohibited by the HOA.
