I am an Altadena resident displaced by the Eaton Fire and Phill’s place in the hills of Glendale was truly the serene and beautiful stay that I needed. It’s up a winding road, nestled towards the top of the canyon, with the absolute most amazing views, isolated from all noise besides the burbling hidden creek at the bottom of the canyon. Every morning I would make myself a coffee from the Keurig machine in the kitchenette and enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the canyon. The bathroom is spacious with a nice shower. The bedroom is extremely comfortable with a large closet and a sizable tv. The only downside is the area has a lack of cell service so I was on SOS mode while inside. The WiFi mostly worked great but it would sometimes drop out and reconnect right away so if you absolutely need to be connected 24/7, that could be an issue. I was able to make calls and text via the WiFi so had no problem with it. I can’t recommend Phill’s place enough! I only wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean and tidy apartment with massive fridge space and well-equipped kitchen. Great for solo travellers and long stays. Throw blanket is super comfortable - couch is a bit too easy to sleep in as a result. Heater is nicely located next to working desk so it was really a lifesaver since I had many early (chilly) morning calls. Speaking of, good internet speed too! Didn’t notice any lag or connection issue during group conferences. Passcode lock is a great convenience since you don’t have to carry anything with you when you leave. Restaurants and groceries are walkable (~15 min) even if you don’t have a car. Neighborhood is quite residential so feels safe. Make sure you have quarters ready for the laundry room that’s across from the apartment! Host replies nearly instantly and very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Place was clean and had everything you need. It does get a little warm at night but nothing to be worried about. Everyone was polite. The food around was great and kitchen was clean and spacious.

We had to leave our home for a few days and Elizabeth’s place provide there perfect, peaceful retreat! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot a short drive from downtown Pasadena! The place was truly spotless and we felt right at home!

Duane is a wonderful host and a good communicator. Thoughtful touches are everywhere. The apartment is in a well-established, quiet area.

Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

In addition to the amenities listed, Holly also provided foil and plastic wrap, paper towels, and sanitizers. Her home can accommodate many cars (we had 4) and is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This house was beautiful, accessible, clean, and perfect for a group of 7 people. We especially enjoyed the back patio and easy parking.

I don’t even know where to begin to describe how incredible the host and the space are at this Airbnb! First, regarding the home; it’s such a peaceful and gorgeous cottage. Plenty of space, beautifully maintained, all the amenities one would need, comfortable bed and linens, serene view of the garden, very private, walkable to Mission St cafes and Trader Joe’s, and meticulously clean. Second, regarding the hosts (Amber and Brian); they are incredible humans. They went above and beyond and then some to help us after the fires. They truly became like family to us. Every question was answered right away, they were proactive, they were kind and ever so helpful. Amber even stocked the fridge before our arrival! The best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had.

Ben's place was a wonderful place to spend a few day. Both bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and the neighborhood and surrounding area is gorgeous. Ben is a gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed.

This home is perfect for any type of business trips for a group. Amazing host and always quick to respond to any of our needs.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at Mandy's place. The location was convenient with quick access to many stores in the area. The place was clean with a nice TV and kitchen area. Mandy was polite and super responsive to anything I needed.

The place was nice. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The floors were a little sticky in the kitchen but overall the place was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to the inland empire. It was close to a big shopping center. The host was great they dropped off new towels and slippers. But she did message us before we got to the Airbnb saying there was complementary water in the fridge and there was none.

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

The unit is incredibly roomie for 6 guests, and has everything one could need. It is super close distance from plenty of restaurants options, coffee shop, donut shop, a gas station. I mean, it really has everything super close. The location is super quiet which we really enjoyed. TzuKang was an incredible host thru and thru. Thank you truly for letting us stay here. We had a great time and hope to be back next year! :)

We absolutely loved our stay here, the view is beautiful and the place was extremely clean. Parking was great and it was private.
