We needed a place to stay in Downtown LA for a wedding and James' place was perfect. The building itself seems to have floors dedicated to short-term rentals and AirBnbs--it feels a bit like a dorm, but much more private than an actual dorm. The apartment itself was nice and the rooftop views and pool were a great addition! Security is very helpful and there's a 24-hr convenience shop right next door.

After surviving the Eaton Canyon fire, I needed a place where I could decompress from the chaos and destruction. Being able to stay with family and friends following the event was a blessing, but I needed a place of my own to truly begin the healing process. I saw this listing and knew this was the place for me. The Monrovia location kept me close to my home while it is being repaired. The AirBnB's four units make for a quiet living experience and the fact that it is 2 blocks from Old Town Monrovia is the icing on the cake. This residential neighborhood is very walkable as experienced by the modest pedestrian street activity. Richard is the perfect host! When I I have a question or something in the unit needs to be addressed, Richard has immediately responded and satisfactorily solved the issue. I've resided in two of the units and both have been clean and excellently furnished. This place has helped me on my road back to normalcy! Thank you, Richard!

One of the best places to stay if you are around Glendale. It’s really comfortable and chill. The host is a nice person, very responsive and respectful. There is a mall across the street and many places to visit. Worth the money.

great place , wonderful unit , nice cost and relaxing and peaceful

Nos gustó mucho el lugar de Anthony, zona tranquila y linda. Además la entrada de muy fácil acceso, al igual que el check out, está limpio, la cocina equipada y el baño también. Sin duda volveré a buscar hospedarme ahí cuando me encuentre por la zona.

Nos encantó este airbnb, las camas eran muy cómodas. El baño y cocina contaban con muchas amenidades por si alguien olvida lo básico de aseo o incluso alguna pastilla para dolor. La cocina contaba con cosas para preparar café y aderezos, se agradeció. Muy bonito lugar, sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

We loved the house! As my 6-year-old nephew said, ‘The bed is sooo cozy.’ The only downside was a bad smell coming from the kitchen—like a gas smell, or it might have been the cleaning products used. We opened the windows and closed them when we left, but the smell lingered. Other than that, it was a great location, and everything was as described. I asked if I could bring another child, and Ivy happily said yes. I didn’t end up bringing him, but I’m glad it wouldn’t have been a problem. We would definitely stayed at the house again. The check-in was super clear. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My friends and I had a concert in LA and also went to Disneyland for a day and were looking for an airbnb that would suit 5 people and our two pets (our dog and bunny). Troy’s airbnb is in a wonderful and safe area with everything being walking distances with some great cafes and restaurants close by. We felt right at home being there. His homes is as it’s described in his description although we thought the backyard/patio was closed and private but we still managed with our pets there. I would absolutely recommend Troy’s place if visiting LA.

This space is exactly like it’s described. It’s a really nice hidden gem if you’re planning on staying out in Los Angeles. Minutes away from main freeways into DTLA, Hollywood, Etc.. Also walking distance from the amazing Downtown Alhambra. Danny was very attentive and quick to respond if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/ family.

Flora's place was perfectly for our cross-generational family of 7. It was convenient to a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and other grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and fairly well-stocked. Flora, in particular, was very responsive to all of our needs and communicated really well with us about small, normal issues we had. All in all - it was a nice stay!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at William's place. It was clean, spacious, and met our expectations. We appreciated having a functional and well-equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms, and William was responsive to any questions and needs. We also appreciated that it was a 15–20-minute walk to downtown Alhambra. Parking was also easy, with the two allocated spots being large enough to accommodate our vehicles, and plenty of street parking, as needed. Thanks!

Krysta’s place is fabulous. The photos do not do it justice - it’s spacious, well-appointed, and squeaky clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. And we enjoyed starting each day with coffee on the deck and finishing each day in the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!
