Charmant spacieux studio, très propre, joliment décoré et confortable ! Le quartier est très calme. Manuel est venu nous chercher à la gare, car aucun bus ne circulait ce jour-là (jour de grève), un geste vraiment apprécié. Ils avaient également prévu un petit déjeuner sans gluten pour moi, ce qui m’a beaucoup touchée. Leur logement est juste à côté du studio, ce qui est pratique en cas de besoin. À noter : Manuel nous a précisé qu’il vaut mieux privilégier les douches, car la quantité d’eau chaude ne suffit pas forcément pour un bain, bon à savoir si vous cherchez un logement avec baignoire. Le centre-ville est à environ 25 minutes à pied en descente. Pour le retour, un bus du centre ville vous dépose à 5min de l'appartement :) Merci, Jess et Clément

We had a great stay in Milano. The apartment is perfect for exploring the city. It‘s in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The supermarket at the corner is convenient. We would totally stay there again, highly recommended.

L'appartement de Maurizio est très spacieux pour deux personnes, bien aménagé et impeccable. nous sejournions à Milan deux jours et avons apprécié de laisser la voiture pour utiliser le tram ( prévoir 30 min de tram pour le centre) Maurizio est très réactif et les instructions sont très claires. Séjour parfait !

Maison très propres et bien équipé avec un jolie jardin fermé. Accès faciles vers les autoroutes et la directions des lacs au nord. Je recommande

Un posto meraviglioso Una villa super confortevole e arredata con cura nei minimi dettagli. L’esterno della villa ha una piscina attrezzata ideale per trascorrere le giornate fuori. Gli host sono stati super disponibili Tempestivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Op loopafstand van station, grote supermarkt, speeltuin en het water. Fijne tuin en prachtig uitzicht in de buurt en vanaf de bovenverdieping. Parkeren is krap, maar zeker te doen. Een buurman klaagde erover, maar Monica heeft hierbij heel fijn geholpen. Extra fijn: het bleek vakantie en erg druk in omringende dorpen, maar dit dorp is vrij rustig en erg mooi!

Emplacement exceptionnel au bord du lac avec un ponton privé , logement très spacieux et très bien équipé ; informations très claires et précises de mattia, qui s est montré très disponible et réactif ; tout était parfait !!!

We had a perfect long weekend at Casa Emilia. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. A wonderful apartment with even more wonderful views! Patricia was very friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend it and will certainly come back! ✨💕

This was my first time to Milan and once inside the elegant gate to the building and location of Snezana’s and saw the apartment, I felt right at home. Everything was so clean and tidy and just perfect! Check in was very easy and friendly. Snezana was very responsive and kind answering any follow up questions I had once I was settled in. I would stay here again and truly loved my experience in Milan. I loved that there was a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the space as I have been traveling for 3 weeks and it was a luxury to do my own laundry. Also, a supermarket near by was excellent. I highly recommend Snezana and the experience in her apartment and neighborhood while you are visiting Milan.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Mailand. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben gewesen. Fussläufig sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel innerhalb von 7-15 min erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief auch sehr gut. Bei Fragen war Claudio sofort erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen !!

Alessandro was the perfect host. He managed to find me on my way to the flat as I was getting stuck with my suitcase in the rain upon my arrival in Milan. I was impressed with his kindness, flexibility and smooth communication. Alessandro's flat is in a historic building, and yet the interior is modern and functional with a few quirky details. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and recommend it highly, not least for Alessandro's hospitality.

Clean, cozy, and just like the photos. The area felt safe and quiet, with many great restaurants nearby—especially authentic Chinese food. Easy check-in and great communication with Antonio. Would happily stay again! Thank you, Antonio!

We truly cannot say enough great things about our stay with Laura. From start to finish, she was the absolute epitome of hospitality. Even months before our trip, she thoughtfully provided a detailed guide with the best local spots to visit, restaurant recommendations, and transportation tips — whether we planned to rent a car or take the train. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless — truly immaculate — and Laura welcomed us with a thoughtful check-in gift, making us feel immediately at home. Throughout our stay, she checked in periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed and even thoughtfully provided umbrellas when it started to rain. Every detail, from start to finish, was handled with such care and warmth. The location was also perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to experience in Milan. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base.

This apartment is seriously stylish. Super contemporary, super chic, and superbly located! You’re literally steps away from everything: great restaurants, convenient supermarkets, and all the little things that make life easy. Bonus points? There’s even a spot nearby where you can just park your scooter like a boss and stroll in like you own the place. Loved every minute here—would 100% stay again!

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

Appartement spacieux disposant d’une magnifique terrasse au dernier étage avec une belle vue sur l’église et la ville. Le quartier animé des Navigli est tout proche. Le centre est facilement accessible en tram ou à pied (30 minutes). Les cloches n’ont pas été gênantes pour nous, cela fait partie du charme de l’appartement 😊

Wir haben vier Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie war wie auf den Bildern und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt mit Irene war von Anfang an reibungslos und sie hat uns den Weg zur Farm klar beschrieben. Der Ort hat nicht ganz so viel zu bieten, aber ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um sich andere Ort anzusehen. Die Unterkunft ist auf einer Olivenfarm und Irene verkauft dort auch das eigens produzierte Olivenöl. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht nutzen, aber der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist unschlagbar. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sicherlich auch wiederkommen.

Nuestra estancia en Milán en casa de Antonio fue muy agradable, ha sído muy amable y atento y cenar cada noche en la terraza un lujo. Volveríamos sin dudar.

We hadden een fijn verblijf in het hartje van de leuke wijk Navigli. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel onderkomen. De slaapbank lag ook prima. Neem wel oordopjes mee om goed te kunnen slapen, het geluid van mensen die uitgaan en langskomende trams is behoorlijk luid.

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce. Alessandro jest znakomitym gospodarzem. Apartament jest bardzo przytulny i nieskazitelnie czysty :) Świetna lokalizacja w sercu Città Alta.

Très bon accueil, Anna Maria a été disponible et de bon conseil. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la région du lac de Côme. Magnifique vue, logement très agréable, voiture impérative.

Carlo was absolutely amazing! The apartment was immaculate, centrally located, and secure. It is less than 10 minutes from the train station and roughly 15 minutes from the Duomo. Carlo was informative, professional , and gave great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We are looking forward to our next stay.
