Philip and Jonathan's apartment can be described in few words: The best Airbnb in history. The apartment is beautiful, the house lovely, the neighborhood is spectacular, right next to the center of Whittier with restaurants, cafes, a market, streets, shops, and everything anyone could need. Located at the same distance from all the places one might want to see in Los Angeles, we used it as a base to go to Pasadena, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hermosa Beach, Anaheim, and many other places. Philip and his family have the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in, and our family has been using Airbnb in various countries for 11 years. Their attention to detail, their kindness, the care with which they maintain their home, and the hospitality with which they make you feel like a friend and not a foreign visitor are incomparable. Great coffee, tea, snacks and beverages available included. We want to thank Philip and his family with all our hearts for all their attention. We hope to return soon.

This was the perfect place for us-met our needs perfectly. Andrew was always quickly responsive (we didn’t need anything in particular but he was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed). The guest house was in a great location- quiet neighborhood (very walkable/beautiful area!), and for us, close to our daughter’s place. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit! Hope the dates will be open when we can come again!

Absolutely amazing stay! It was a little tricky to find at first, but so worth it—this place is a hidden gem! The moment you walk through the gate, you're greeted with breathtaking views and an incredibly peaceful, serene ambiance. It truly feels like a private escape from the city. 10 out of 10 — I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

I would definitely choose Steve and Kathy's studio if you want to visit LA, Pasadena, Glendale, or anywhere near San Gabriel Valley - and sample living in a well-appointed home in Eagle Rock. It's a perfect location with a beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, and great local restaurants. The studio looks just like the photos with amenities that anticipate every traveler's need (and a nearby Target should you need anything else!). Steve and Kathy are also very responsive and gracious hosts - thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay - would recommend it to couples or solo travelers. The apartment was well appointed, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. They anticipated our every need! We were out and about most of the time and the room was great to come back to (even better than the photos!). Would wholeheartedly recommend!

I’m definitely bookmarking this one for future stays in the Inglewood area, especially for SoFi concerts. The place was low key, neat, cozy, and in a really quiet neighborhood. We loved how attentive the hosts were to the house instructions in regard to accessing the entrance and getting in and out. It was very clean and very quiet.

Very clean, very firm bed, very quiet area. Close to South Bay Beach community. (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Kings Harbor) Also easy travel to SoFi Stadium and The COSM. Bo , left us snacks and coffee pods, and texted us to be sure everything was ok, very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to sleep and easy access to the surrounding area attractions.

While visiting from Chicago this beautiful home was way more then expected, very clean, quiet, and comfortable with so many home held amenities that we didn’t think we needed ( lint roller & seasonings in kitchen) . 5 stars across the board, book with Laura !

Anand’s place is THE BEST value in Hollywood. In addition to an immaculate home, the backyard provides a secluded sanctuary to sit or walk the garden. I HIGHLY recommend this property! And thanks, Anand for a great weekend.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

Had a great stay while I was here for a week. It was nearby everything that I have potentially needed, far away from the chaos of L.A but close enough to where there's still lots to do. Gil was really accommodating and welcoming during my entire stay. Place looked exactly like the pictures, bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. would book again. thank you!

This was the perfect place to stay for my family and I. We have two small children and a dog. We loved having the large kitchen and dining room to cook and eat together. The couches were extremely comfortable and perfect for watching TV together. It was great having the two extra futons in each bedroom so there was plenty of sleeping space for us. The neighborhood is the perfect quiet, safe, residential neighborhood we were looking for our family.

Great place to stay!

Stay was excellent. Hosts were very helpful and were able to accommodate an early check in as well as adding an extra night for us. The space was exactly as pictured and the use of space was impressive. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything! If we come back to that area we would stay there again.

Armando was awesome from the time of booking and made for easy check in. Made parking available even though there was ample street parking. Thank you will stay here again.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Always clean and easy to access. I feel safe and comfortable .
