Hello All, my place is 7 blocks from Santa Monica Beach, lots of sunshine, laid back, plenty of parking, and within walking/biking distance of many restaurants, shops, and entertainment destinations! Only a couple miles from the Santa Monica Pier and Promenade, a mile from Venice Beach, and very close to the 10 freeway! Very quiet/peaceful neighborhood for a good night sleep, and bustling beachtown with so much to do during the day. I also have a grill/full kitchen for those who like to cook!
