Magnifique está en Castagnola, el barrio más deseable de Lugano, con vistas al golfo y sol todo el día. Se puede llegar al centro a pie, paseando por la orilla del lago o el parque, o por unas paradas de autobús (que conecta directamente con la estación o el centro). El piso acaba de ser reformado, tiene todas las comodidades, amueblado con esmero y con obras de arte que lo hacen único. La terraza tiene una vista espectacular del lago. Se pueden reservar plazas de aparcamiento en la propiedad.
