great stay in Saint-Gilles, very spacious unit and responsive host!

Eine sehr schöne, geräumge Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr schöne Terrasse und kleiner Garten in die Hinterhöfe hinaus. Eine angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ik schrijf normaal nooit een recensie maar voor dit app wil ik een uitzondering maken. Het is een TOP appartement, super proper, ruim, voldoet volledig aan de beschrijving en de verwachtingen. Beste Valerie en Andre, mijn gezin en ik komen graag nog eens terug.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits à Waterloo. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et très confortable. Valérie a été très réactive à mon arrivée et très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

We stayed 10 days at Nick’s place and felt right at home. The living room is spacious with a large sofa and a dedicated work desk. The location is superb with metro station 2mins away for local transport, 10 mins walk to Noord station for intercity trains, and all major tourist attractions under 15 mins walk. Shops and small eats are right nearby. The communication is great with the host, very responsive and helpful. We cancelled a final night with short notice and Nick approved the request without problem. He even walked us to the Noord station to help us get the many luggage onto the train. I would highly recommend Nick’s place to anyone staying in Brussels.

On a réservé l'appartement de Jean-François spécialement pour un marathon série, et franchement, c'était parfait ! Le vidéoprojecteur et l'installation home cinéma sont top : on a pu profiter à fond de nos deux nuits. Le canapé est confortable, la connexion WiFi rapide, et tout était nickel à notre arrivée. Merci à Jean-François pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité! On reviendra sans hésiter pour une prochaine session.

Wish we were staying in the area longer to enjoy this place some more. Beautiful home, especially in the spring when the blossoms are on the trees. The space is very clean and comfortable! We would stay here again on our next stay.

Accueil très chaleureux, le logement est situé tout près de la gare ce qui nous a permis d'aller en train vers Bruxelles, Gand et Bruges. Très beau appartement lumineux et bien équipé. À conseiller

A really nice spacious flat located close to central Brussels. The central train station, grocery shops are all in easy walking distance. Leandro was really responsive to any questions we had, and provided some great suggestions while we were staying. I thoroughly recommend this Airbnb if you are visiting Brussels.

Bien situé, nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pied. Bouche de métro ligne 2 et 6 juste devant la porte de l'immeuble. On n'entend pas le boulevard depuis les chambres (ce qui était une légère inquiétude avant notre arrivée). Confortable.

Conforme au descriptif, hôte accueillant, appartement impeccable, environnement calme. Tout est a disposition, cuisine complète, draps, couette, oreillers etc... Je recommande vivement !

Super séjour Chez Fabrice! Logement fidèle à la description et aux photos! Nous sommes totalement transportés dans l'univers d'Harry Potter! Logement facile d'accès, parking juste en face et gratuit. Mention spéciale à la "pièce secrète" ainsi qu'au jaccuzi!

Le séjour était parfait le seul petit bémol je dirais le jaccuzi à 33 degré, alors que dehors il faisais pas trop chaud. Mais sinon tout était parfait

It was such a lovely place! The host is incredibly kind and attentive. You can count on quick and easy correspondences, which really helped during our stay. The place is exactly as pictured; stunning! We didn’t use the jacuzzi tub, but I used the sauna and it was incredibly relaxing. Very close to the station and without walking distance of a many, many things! The beds were comfy and there was lots of space for a group of four. Would recommend!

Sarah en Jean-Philippe hebben een mooie Airbnb die er uit ziet zoals op de foto’s. Het is ruim, schoon en een prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de buurt. Ook met een baby kan je hier prima terecht! Ontspannen in de jacuzzi, lekker relaxen voor de tv of genieten van een warm bad, het kan allemaal! Sarah reageert snel, als je iets nodig hebt kan je dat laten weten en als je vragen hebt kan je ook gewoon een bericht sturen. Vriendelijk en gastvrij! 🤗

Excellent week-end pour nous. Le penthouse est parfait, comme sur les photos. Les terrasses sont superbes et les prestations haut de gamme. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Encore un grand merci

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Jennifer est une hôte très accueillante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement était très propre. Facile d’accès et place de parking juste devant. Les petites attentions comme le café, jus de fruits et gâteaux pour le petit déjeuner sont un plus bien apprécié.
