This is a magical place! Shannon is a fantastic host and we have stayed here multiple times and love it. The space is stylish, inspiring, upscale, well appointed and clean and has a lovely outdoor sitting area with super sweet and friendly dogs. Shannon is very responsive, welcoming and receptive to any and all feedback and a delight to stay with. Highly recommend this place!

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Wendy's place was perfect place for me, my wife, and toddler to stay. Our bungalow was tucked in the back and there plenty of areas to sit outside. The place felt quiet and secluded even though it was a very easy walk to Redondo Pier. Street parking was very easy, the bed was comfy, and it was a great value. We'd stay here again for sure

Debbie and Mike’s place felt like a little home away from home. The couch was cozy, nice size tv, great water pressure in the shower, and the mattress was super comfortable. I slept great, neighborhood is quiet and near everything. I felt safe and comfortable and tucked away. Overall a cozy warm spot to touch down for a few nights. I would definitely stay again. We had a fantastic stay at Randy's place! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed — from beach towels and sunscreen to a cozy gas fireplace, which was perfect since it was pretty chilly in LA during our visit. The shared outdoor area was a great bonus; we used the barbecue and often relaxed there as a family, soaking up the sun. The location is ideal — within walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and having our own private parking made everything even more convenient. I’d go back to Randy’s place any day!

We chose Brett's place as it noted it was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of trees and the space looked beautifully appointed. It lived up to the pictures and description beautifully. The location is walkable to stores and restaurants if you like to get some steps in (mile and a half or so), making it close enough to the energy but far away enough to be really peaceful. The space is lovely; well appointed, super comfortable and modern and felt new and fresh and clean. Would absolutely book again! Brett was a lovely host; helpful, responsive and gave great dining recommendations. Loved every minute of it.

Wonderful stay! Place was so clean and as described. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and slept so well and just felt at home. The outside space is also beautiful with a beautiful pool. While it was too cold for me to swim I relaxed outside and read my book and enjoyed the space. Can highly recommend!

I absolutely loved staying here. The view was amazing. There are quite a few stairs required to get to the bungalow but the view is worth it! It was so cozy yet elegant!! And had such nice amenities!!

The guesthouse is all yours with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. The place is very spacious. The area is perfect, right in the center and can travel anywhere within short period of time with your car. We glad we chose his place and get a chance to live like a local.

Philip was an incredible host! Our stay was so wonderful and his home is immaculately maintained. The grounds are beautiful and exactly as pictured in photos- and the house is beautiful, open, with lovely light and incredibly clean. I felt immediately comfortable and at home. Philip and his sweet dog met us when we checked in and he went out of his way for us to feel welcomed. Truly a 10/10 stay and nothing could have been better!

We had the best stay here! The place is super comfortable and homely. We particularly loved spending time on the outdoor patio area. Atwater Village is a great location and everything we needed was nearby, including some amazing restaurants. Highly recommend, we’d definitely stay again when visiting LA!

We enjoyed our stay with Shan and Ed! Their yard is beautiful, the apartment is just as described and super-clean. We had everything we needed there including a fantastic location in Santa Monica, next to Venice, close to many restaurants, the beach, the 405 and the 10. Shan and Ed are lovely hosts - friendly, happy, and welcomiing.

Wundervolles kleines Gästehaus in den Hügeln Pasadenas, etwas abgesetzt vom Trubel in Downtown LA. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Vögeln und der Sonne durch die vielen Fenster geweckt, es gibt keine bessere Art aufzuwachen. Faisal hat ein tiefes Wissen über Pasadena und LA und war immer verfügbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ohne Auto kann es allerdings schwierig werden, da der nächste ÖPNV 20 Minuten entfernt ist. Aber das sind die USA.

We absolutely loved our stay. Felt right at home. Nice, clean, and great location. Would highly recommend. The free parking space and backyard area were a major bonus.

Had a great time staying in Alycia’s guest/pool house. I drove from Bay Area and arrived hours earlier than intended and she was more than accommodating and let us get settled in early. Jacuzzi was a god send and the lounge area was really nice to relax in in the sun

El apartamento estaba impecable, todo tal cual se mostraba en las fotos. El área es super tranquila y muy cerca de muchas opciones de restaurantes. Gabriela fue muy amable y respondió prontamente a nuestros mensajes. Definitivamente que de regresar al área, nuevamente nos alojariamos donde Gabriela.

Unbeatable location and amazing place, Peter has great taste and has decorated the guesthouse beautifully. He is also super friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone visiting LA for short or long stays as there are many amenities provided.
