We stayed here for our 26th anniversary and it was perfect! It is an amazing cabin with incredible views. I highly recommend this cabin. The one piece of advice is because cell service is spotty don't trust your gps. Follow the instructions and look for the name of the cabin on the sign.

Beautiful place! Went on a girls trip and it fit exactly what we needed, cozy, nice views and relaxing. Only things I feel the need to make people aware of are that the hot tub is off the side of the house and you have to walk over gravel to get to it so bring flip flops, and that there are a TON of bugs in the house, we had ladybugs and stink bugs all over, fine for us but if it’s not something you can handle then bring traps. Overall amazing trip!

We absolutely lucked out. Our original accommodations fell through and we were able to book this gem with incredible speed and great communication. The place is absolutely stunning. We couldn’t believe our luck. The picturesque stream that runs thru the property and the hot tub on the deck were fabulous! The home is cozy and the beds are super comfy! We already know where to stay when we are in the area in the future. If I could give it more than four stars I would!

The turning leaf lodge was a great place! It had a nice outdoor space for our family. Has enough room inside and out. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, very clean and cozy and felt right at home. There were tons of amenities provided. Absolutely gorgeous scenery, very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the regular world. Our host went above and beyond, and was incredibly helpful. We had a snowstorm during our stay. She was incredibly helpful with making sure we were safe, had everything we needed, and assisted with getting our car out from getting stuck. The locals in the surrounding area were also very kind with assisting in their efforts. She was readily available and ensured that our stay was spectacular, I would absolutely stay again and have her as a host. We are incredibly grateful for all the efforts she did, our weekend was exactly the getaway we needed and her help was irreplaceable. We look forward to next time!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at Whispering Pines. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing all describe the location perfectly. Able to recharge! Laura was very responsive and helpful. Fishing, chickens, horses….kids loved it. Great fire pit in the backyard. Inside was comfortable and cozy with large rooms, comfortable beds and couches. We loved the entire trip and will be back!

This place worked out really well for our group of two families and dogs. It was huge! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, the game room and the surroundings. The kitchen is well-stocked and the main living space was the perfect space for a large group to gather together. One thing to keep in mind about the property is that it is pretty remote, so you will need to be prepared to travel 20-30 minutes to most things like grocery stores and activities. Also, the property, while well-stocked, large and with many games and activities to keep you busy, is on the older side, so the layout is unusual and the heating was uneven through the house.

We had the pleasure of staying at this cabin during our visit to New Vrindavan, and though our trip started with challenges, it became unforgettable thanks to Shane and his incredible family. Our car got stuck in the muddy gravel road upon arrival. Shane and his family worked tirelessly all day to help us, even into the evening, despite lacking the right tools. Their determination and care deeply moved us. The next morning, Shane went above and beyond, searching the city for tools and successfully freeing our car that afternoon. To our amazement, he offered us an extra night at no cost. We’ve never experienced such kindness and generosity. Shane and his family treated us like their own, with genuine care and compassion. Anytime we visit the area, we’ll book this cabin and recommend it to everyone. Shane and his family are some of the kindest, most generous people we’ve ever met. This is our second year staying here, and everything was perfect as always. Dan was very quick and helpful to respond to any questions that I had prior to our arrival. And, the maintenance staff was very helpful and friendly for our needs during our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

We came into town for a wedding at The White Barn which was about a 15 minute drive. We loved the property and walked about 4 miles of trails and did some fishing and saw a LOT of deer. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I to unwind and realx- our cell service ( verizon) was a bit spotty but we were totally ok with unplugging a bit. The cabin had everything we needed and the bathouse was spotless! Thank you for making it such an enjoyable stay for us!! ~ Shelly & Jamie

Ted and Toni were awesome! They answered every time we needed them and were always willing to help or even just chit chat…they have a beautiful family and were awesome to be around. They have some pretty nice dogs to play with too! Can’t be more thankful for them during our stay than we are. They gave us a sweet card to congratulate us on our little one on the way and it truly was the sweetest.

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. The beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was nice and hot. There were lots of fireflies in the yard. It was close to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. All around it was great!

We had a great one-night stay at Trailside Guest Suite. The property matched the online description and it was in a perfect location in the town. Would definitely return for another stay and would recommend to others.

Well stocked cozy cabin close to Oakland great for restaurants and shops. We loved how private the space felt and that the cabins were spaced apart and dog friendly. The cabin was well equipped and we loved the pavilion which was an added outdoor bonus space with a grill and games. Bathrooms were large and spotless. Can’t wait to come back !

Our family of four and dog really enjoyed Tina and Robert’s Kendall Retreat. We stayed for 6 days and would have stayed longer if we could. Fun little area to explore, and their guidebooks are super helpful and spot on. The house was clean, space was perfect for us, and we loved enjoying the deck, fireplace, view and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Ping pong and game system were added bonuses. Lots to do in the area in spring. Hiking, arcades/tracks, breweries, fun restaurants and also exploring the trails around the house. Would go back!

Almost Heaven! Perfect home, perfect location for a family get-together. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and all needs will be met. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Just bring food! The lake is crystal clear and beautiful, and tall trees cover the landscape. The deer, chipmunks, squirrels and birds are right outside the door. The firepit was our evening spot to gather and chat. And toast marshmallows. And even though the kids are in their 40's, they made s'mores! This is a place to revive your soul. I could stay here forever.

This is our second time staying at this property. Everything was great and went smoothly! The only thing I would say was difficult was arriving at night time and having difficulty typing in the keycode because the porch light was off. Otherwise, great place, great location and fast communication!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was comfortable and felt very inviting, with cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was especially great—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Everything about my stay was just what I needed for a restful and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing retreat!

Loved staying at Lazy Bear Lodge. Beautiful home with privacy on big property. Hosts were super responsive and gave great local recommendations. Very accessible to hiking and white water rafting.
