Situé au troisième étage, la chambre donnant sur la rue, dans l'agréable et vivant quartier de St Gilles. Le parc, des cafés sympas sont à 2 min ainsi que le station de métro ALBERT. Perfect studio with terrace and a beautiful view. Is well located near public transport with flexibility: bus, tram, metro or on foot to go to town, 3-5 min from City 2 Shopping and 10-12 min from Grande Place, next to Tour-Taxi and Gare Brussels-North, in front of the house there is a mini park (La Ferme Maximilien) which is perfect for little ones. Playground with a fire truck (Plaine de jeux Harmonie) is approximately 200 m away. Sainte Catherine Square is approximately 1 km away.
