The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

In the winter, the ski slopes of the Dolomites are not far away. A sauna session in the included sauna hut is the perfect way to relax to the fullest after a hike. By a crackling fire in the living room or a dinner under the starry sky, you can end the day in the best possible way.

The falt is only a 10-minute walk from the OlimpicJumping Stadium! It is is on the second foor of a small apartment building in the quite area of Predazzo called Fol. The attic wood makes every room warm an cosy. There is a kitchen with openspaced livingroom, a bedroom with double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with bathtube an a little balcony.
