The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

L'appartamento si trova in una grande casa ricoperta di vite americana nel centro della cittadina di Borgo San Lorenzo. L'abitazione è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cucina e un bagno con doccia. Nella parte esterna c'è un cortile di pietre grigie ed un orto biologico ricco di verdure cresciute con amore e fiori antichi di altri tempi. L'alloggio è per due persone, singole o in coppia, ma c'è anche la possibilità di aggiungere un lettino se ci fosse un bambino presente. La valle del Mugello ha piccoli tesori di rara bellezza: il borgo medievale di Scarperia, le pievi romaniche di Borgo S. Lorenzo, di Sant'Agata e della piccola località di San Giovanni, la casa del pittore Giotto a Vicchio. Le verdi passeggiate nei sentieri dei boschi nell'Appennino tosco-emiliano, il succulento tortello mugellano ripieno di patate, il Lago di Bilancino vicino a Barberino del Mugello. Storia, natura e, se siete appassionati di moto, c'è anche l'autodromo internazionale del Mugello. Benvenuti!!! Entrando in casa Irma, c'è un ingresso armadio e attaccapanni. Il bagno è un po' datato. C'è la lavenderia (condivisa) 5€ a lavaggio compresi: prodotti, lavatrice, stendino e asciugatrice (in inverno). la stanza principale ha un soppalco con letto francese. Scala ripida!. Sopra non si sta in piedi. Sotto c'è un divano/letto e il mobile TV. Si passa in cucina, con i fornelli. a gas. Sul terrazzo (condiviso) potrete stare su tavolo divano, poltrone e amaca (non in inverno). Grazie!
