Walking distance to the South Shore train line, which can easily get you to Chicago museums and entertainment, or attractions in NW Indiana. Private parking in back also gives you the option of driving anywhere and then walking directly to your door, and outside cameras are present for security. Banks, restaurants, grocery, convenience, and liquor stores are all 1 block of the apartment for all your needs.

Cool off with the mini-split air conditioner and relax on the sofa chaise after a long day in the sun. Staying in? Perfect for family or friends to relax and enjoy Indiana’s Dunes National Park! The Holliday House is a 2022 custom built home with lake views and a beach path just STEPS from the front door! This 2000 sq ft open concept design features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 16’ ceilings, open great room with beautiful indoor/outdoor kitchen, custom dining seating for 8, and loft hammock. Hosts live next door and are easily available if needed! Everything is on the 1st floor except for the 3rd bedroom.

Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. Creative and quiet light-filled garden unit with lots of books, accompanied by comfortable lounge furniture and touches of nature for cozying up and relaxing after long travel or late nights. This is a perfect space for solo travelers or couples. This is also a great space if you are traveling with a small child or infant. The place is set up much like a hotel room in that it does not have a kitchen but we do provide a mini fridge and Nespresso machine.

This charming property is lake front with a small 50ft beach area and dock. Use of 2018 Sylvan pontoon boat, canoe, and kayak are included. You will love the lake life. Please note the pontoon boat is only available in season from May 1st to October 1st.
