Three-level charming apartment

The three-level apartment is situated in a very silent courtyard of a beautiful end-of-1800 building in the centre of Milan. It has a sophisticated and elegant style, in which antique furniture is blended with modern and functional elements, such as the steel-and-glass staircase, several built-in closets and wardrobes and the fully equipped kitchen with ventilated oven and dish-washer. Guests may use the fully equipped kitchen with coordinated tableware. Fridge, freezer, oven and built-in dishwasher in the kitchen. In the bed-room clean linen with double duvets (spring/winter), air-conditioning, 40 inch cable-TV set. The bath-room is equipped with laundry machine, laundry dryer, iron board and iron and Hoover. A small safe is available during your stay for valuables. Because of the internal staircase, the apartment is not suited for guests with walking difficulties nor for small kids. I’m always available and will be able to help you out on most of your needs and questions, I live nearby and it won’t take me long to get over when needed. Magical “Via Marghera” (“gh” like in “good”) is ideal for a truly special holiday or a professionally stay in Milan. Very centrally located and full of wonderful shops, restaurants and bars, it’s very near to the most interesting places in town, to start with Teatro Nazionale where the most successful musicals are staged. You easily get - also on foot - to Santa Maria delle Grazie, the church that contains the world-famous “Last Supper” fresco by Leonardo Da Vinci. Sant’Ambrogio is a paleo-christian and medieval church among the oldest in Milan; the Science museum contains some of Leonardo’s machines’ prototypes, the first steam trains and even a submarine. Walking down Corso Vercelli, one of Milan’s famed shopping highstreets and continuing on Corso Magenta, you can get to the Duomo cathedral in a short walk. I’ll be happy to help you picking the “coolest” itineraries to check out the most interesting or maybe the less known things in town and to get to taste gourmet food for all tastes and budgets. Many transportation means are available to get to further away places: typical Milanese street-cars to travel around town with calm, or the subway (on the corner) which will take you to Central Station or Malpensa Air Terminal very fast. In the immediate surroundings of the apartments you’ll find a huge selection of restaurants, ranging from high-end Italian cuisine, to hip hamburger places, Asian cuisine and pizzerias good as well for just a snack. Public transportation is very comfortable, forget cars (if you have one, a garage and road-side parking for a fee are available). Subway is on the corner, it’ll take you to further away areas of town, railways stations, airport connections, Milan fair and EXPO all in less than half an hour. at the secret corner of the city of water

located in a tipical north italian old buiding, it looks actually cozy and modern inside. it's a brand new loft which has been designed for making us feeling good. in the lobby there are 2 glass door for the sunlight. a washmachine and a microwave. in the kitchen we have all that a couple may need. the tv's are 2 one satellite in the living room and one smart in the bedroom. our life is made of music, that's why we have 2 hifi systems one in the living room and another one bose in the bedroom. just let us know you love it too, so we may show you how to enjoy it. wifi connection is the fibre channel 300 megabit. upstairs we have a mini walk-in closet that you may use for luggages as well as your own clothes according to italian soul we believe in hospitality and we feel being empatethic, so the interaction with guests may be a lovely surprise... just whether our guests don't mind. we love our corner of milano because it's unique. it's not venice, it's not amsterdam, but it's however fashinating because of the pedestrien ciclying lane which goes on through the lovely old bridges, the people running and ciclying along the leonardo's naviglio the apartment is located in a 200 years old cinematic building, a few steps from metro 1 (turro) which is along viale monza where you can find supermarket 24/7, restaurants, bars, bakery and whatever service no gas, no fire in the kitchen as well as in the rest of the house. for our safe we prefer to use induction hob which we may show you how to use by a simple illustration as per all the airbnb apartments and hotels inside the city of milano it's required to pay an official city tax which consists on €3 per night per person.

Incantevole loft dai tocchi etnici a pochi passi dai Navigli

I paraventi come in un riad nordafricano, il soffitto a cassettoni di una casa di fine XVII e il cortile interno di una tipica casa di ringhiera milanese. Questo loft dai colori caldi è ricco di un eclettismo che renderà il tuo soggiorno una continua scoperta. Il loft si trova in prossimità delle colonne di San Lorenzo e dei Navigli, una posizione perfetta per tuffarsi nella movida milanese ma anche per visitare in tutta comodità alcuni degli scorci più genuini che la città meneghina ha da offrire. Il tram ferma davanti a casa e vi porta da una parte in piazza Duomo e dall’altra oltre i Navigli. Le tre linee della Metropolitana si raggiungono a piedi passeggiando tranquilli in 10 minuti. Se avete la macchina c’è un parcheggio a pagamento che si chiama: Garage Giangaleazzo in via Aurispa 7.
