È una meta perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi immerso nel verde e godersi il lago e i suoi dintorni, ma allo stesso tempo ben collegata al centro di Roma tramite un servizio di treno metropolitano. L’agriturismo è composto da 8 appartamenti indipendenti di circa 70 mq, ognuno dotato di area esterna ad uso esclusivo e con accesso alle aree comuni

Con la mia famiglia saremo felici di accoglierti nella casa dove abbiamo vissuto e cresciuto i nostri figli, per questo l'abbiamo dotata di ogni confort.... da una fantastica cucina dotata di tutto compreso il camino, soggiorno divano smartTV netflix prime dysney+ WIFI - 2 camere da letto e i 2 bagni ci sono 5 balconi panoramici ed un grande giardino con barbecue. Siamo in zona residenziale, ma ad 1 passo dal LAGO 2 passi da ROMA3 passi dal MARE -2 km dalla stazione ferroviaria...TI ASPETTIAMO

L'incantevole ed esclusivo affaccio della sua terrazza a picco sul lago vi lascerà senza fiato. Loft composto da zona living, zona notte schermata da tende oscuranti, piccola cucina separata e bagno con doccia. La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.
