Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away. Uber and Lyft run constantly in this area due to the close proximity of the airport. You won’t wait for more than a few minutes. Parking on premises for one standard size vehicle, otherwise street parking is available. DoorDash and Postmate apps can be downloaded on your phone for food delivery and grocery delivery options from all over surrounding areas Driveway is very narrow and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There are video cameras on the exterior of the building for added security The apartment is less than two miles from Fabulous Forum, the new Rams stadium, and beaches. Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away.

Our Venice loft space is on the beach block 80 yards from the boardwalk, five minutes walk from Abbot Kinney Blvd, restaurants and shops. Enjoy being away from the city but still close in a beautiful modern studio with spectacular views of the Malibu ridge. We are extremely lucky that our canyon was saved from the January fires.
